This location is bottom tier. If you do anything other than drive through, like order inside or place a mobile order for inside pick up, GOOD LUCK. You’re going to be the last person they help. They don’t even begin working inside orders until they clear the drive through. They’re always SO SLOW, and ignore customers at the counter. I’ve watched employees give their friends entire bags of the cinnamon sugar for the Cinnabons, as well as a bag of the red strips (this guy came in and asked for one of the boys working, and when the worker came to the counter the guy goes “did you get my text?” And the worker said yeah and left and came back with these bags for his buddy and said “you know I always got you”…. Well it’s no wonder this location is ALWAYS out of half the food. I ordered nacho fries, a large drink, and a potato taco a couple weeks ago, I paid at the counter with cash (so the employee saw my order) and after waiting 20 minutes he calls the people up that ordered before me and says “hey so we actually don’t have any fries, potatoes, or large cups right now, we haven’t gotten our delivery” and then I think to myself …that’s literally my whole order and I just paid in cash, now I’ve waited here over 20 minutes and they could have just not let me place my order because they knew they were out of everything I just ordered!?!? So I waited for him to finish refunding them and I went to the counter and he tried to walk away and not help me and I said excuse me?? And he came back and I was like “I literally paid you in cash, you saw what I ordered, and continued to let me place the order knowing you’re out of everything I ordered?” And he said “yeah sorry we haven’t gotten out truck”…. It blows my mind the lack of common sense happening here. I got my money back and left. And it shouldn’t be a surprise to me this happened here because this location is always out of the most random things, their service is ALWAYS poor, and they always take forever. Even when I go through the drive through… it took an hour and 15 minutes to make it through the drive through one night (I was already in the line at the point of no return) and I get my order and I’m missing 3 things and almost the entire rest of my order was made wrong…. I don’t even bother with this location any more. Oh AND one time I got handed my Baja blast, and Baja has a distinct color, so when she handed it to me I noticed the color was very translucent so I tasted it and sure enough it tasted like water with a hint of Baja, so I told her and she then poured herself a glass, tasted it, and says “it tastes fine to me” which I almost laughed in her face because she must have no taste buds if it tastes fine, and I told her “well it tastes like doggy dooky to me so can I have something else please?” Then she says “we just replaced the Baja 10 minutes ago” I said “okay well it’s not right and I’d like something else please. Read moreWorst Taco Bell I have ever been to hands down. We saw they were busy and placed mobile orders to help the line move faster. Once we’re in the mobile line we waited 20+ minutes to get to the “check in” speaker with 3 orders. They tell us they “can only take 2 orders at a time.” I have never heard of this policy and other locations we’ve been to as a group have no issue getting all of our orders. We then wait another 25+ minutes to get to the window and they repeat back to us an incorrect order. We say the names of our mobile orders and they say “We can only take 2 and if you want the third you have to go back around.” We then explained that that was stupid to wait another 40+ minutes at well past midnight for a simple burrito and tacos. The manager came over and was extremely rude after we asked why they couldn’t just “check in” the order now considering we were at the order window. They insisted we go back around. So we left with 2 orders and were told to refund the 3rd on our end because they couldn’t do it. Read moreIt's a newer location and you'd think that this one has to be better than the other Taco Bell locations you've been to that take forever in line, forget items, and mess up the items you actually do receive. Well, you're wrong. I thought that too, but out of the 4 times that I've visited this location, I've only had 1 successful visit. I've had so many forgotten food items over these visits, but tonight's was the worst. They shorted me 2 Chalupas and 2 Tacos. That's almost $12 worth of food! The food that actually made it into the bag was incorrect, so there's not really a point to modifying your order if you go to this location. We ordered boxes, but everything was just thrown together in a bag, so it's impossible to try and check for accuracy without parking and laying everything out in the car (which you shouldn't have to do anyhow!). And the mobile pickup lane at the drive thru is pretty much useless since you get put in the same line as the regular drive thru orders. You still have to wait for their orders to be prepared, even if your order is already made and waiting at the window. I love Taco Bell, but this location is no bueno. Go somewhere...
