Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Brownstown Charter Township

I am a long time patriot of Starbucks and have never been so angry and disappointed. I order the same drinks atleast 3x's a week. I ordered 2 drinks Venti hot coffee with 2 creams and 2 sugar a hot Venti Caramel Machiatto with 2 extra shots of expresso, caramel and whip cream on top, pd over $10.00 There were no tickets on the cups to tell which one was which, my husband and I had a hard time telling the drinks apart. The coffee didn't taste right and the Caramel Machiatto only tasted like it had 1 shot of expresso, didn't have any whip cream or caramel of top. We live 3 min away so the whip cream didn't melt without Any traces. I called and was trying to explain to the lady what was going on and she stopped me mid sentence and said snarkingly "I made them I know they are made correctly" she was not interest in anything I had to say. Whoever runs this place needs to teach their employees some respect. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Starbucks in Woodhaven then continue to come here, just because of how disrespectful Hayley and Lauren are to customers. Horrible people. When Hayley went to go take my order, mind you I’m the only one in line, she starts with “what do you want”. Then she proceeds to not read my order back to me, and when I get my drink and tell her it was wrong and that I wanted a Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte and not a Pumpkin Latte, she acted like it was such an inconvenience to her. I go in the morning around 8/9 and the ladies are always rude. There is an older lady with glasses and a younger woman who don’t greet you, don’t say hello, look miserable, are extremely rude when you try to greet them/give them your order & you spend $5 on a coffee just for it to be all ice. I understand iced coffee has ice, but why is the ice all the way up to the lid where she struggles closing it?
