HAVE YOU EVER BEEN THROWN OUT OF A TIM HORTON'S? ME NEITHER, TILL TODAY. I do hate to trash a small business, but you can tell this is a independent franchise. I called the number listed on Google for this store because I was near it and wanted to know if the had Cream of Potato Bacon soup today. When they answered, they did not say "Tim Horton's." I asked, "is this Tim Horton's?" The girl (Shannon) said they're really busy, can you call back in 15 minutes. I said, "I'm sorry, but I'll be past the place in two minutes and..." She cut me off and said "well then you'll have to hold, I'm getting back to my line."
Irritated by my treatment, I stopped in. When I walked in, there were 4 girls huddled around the carryout window, 2 cars, one male employee at the counter, with one customer who was handed coffee as I walked up and he was done before I got to the counter, and another employee in the back (baking, I assume) I asked for the manager (Kaytlyn, I believe), and when she came to the counter, I asked if I could speak to her privately (I didn't want to make a scene in front of her staff or other customers). She came around the back to talk to me and when she arrived I asked her, "do you have Cream of Potato Bacon soup today?" She said "no." I said, "that question and answer took less than 3 seconds, and that's all I called for. And Sharron..." The manager cut me off, started throwing her hands up and said "whoa, her name is Shannon, and she doesn't know the answer to your question." I said, "how could she know the answer to my question when I never asked a question? You have 6 employees and 3 customers, how can you be too busy?" She said "well, Shannon works for the gas station and we share a phone." I said, "All I did was call the Tim Horton's number on the web. Nobody told me it's not your phone; how am I supposed to know that?" She said, "I did answer the phone, and no one was there." I told her "I said I was 2 minutes away. I hung up when I got in your parking lot. You know, I've run several corporate stores (true, various Domino's & Pizza Hut), and when a customer came to me with a complaint, the first words out of my mouth were 'I'm very sorry.'" She said "well (I think her favorite word is "well"0, you came in yelling at me." I said, I'm loud, but I'm not even close to yelling." She said, "well she (pointing at Shannon 20 feet away) heard you. Shannon adds, "I can here you right now." I said "I'm not yelling now, and she can hear me now, it doesn't mean anything that she can hear me." By this time another off-duty employee, an older gentlemen, came over to try and calm us both down. Finally, the manager stands with her hands on her hip and parrots me as smug as can be, "well, I'm very sorry."
That's when I turned away from her and towards the exit and said, "F_ _ _ off." This sent her through the roof. She started yelling about "I'm a person" and telling me to get out of her store. The off-duty employee stopped me mid "Suck...." He was right, I was wrong, so I stopped and walked out with him.
That's the whole story and I'm not proud for where I let her push me, but I have never been irritated enough to write a negative review, much less one this verbose.
BAD SERVICE. BAD MANAGER. And although I agree she is a person; she makes me feel like she is a BAD PERSON. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe she had a really bad day. Maybe the place was packed 30 seconds before I got there. Maybe I overreacted, none of that justifies how she treated me, and that's why I wrote this review. I won't be returning to this Tim Horton's....

We ordered 2 mango refreshers and a number 12 breakfast combo in the morning around 9:40am (supposed to come with another drink, a bacon wrap that we wanted for the wrap and a hash brown) We received our 2 mango refreshers and the wrap only. As any ordinary customer, you would tell them they got the order wrong so they can give you the right items for your order. At this point we already paid for everything, and while we were telling the girl with black hair that was at the drive through cashier that we didnt receive the hashbrown nor the other drink that came with the combo in a calm manner because its common for people to get the order wrong and we didnt mind until she got an attitude with us and literally started to be rude towards us for no reason. Another staff that came towards the situation (this lady was blonde) also started having a rude manner and raising their voice at us when we were still calm with them during this time while trying to tell them what items we didnt receive within the combo that we ordered which were the hasbrown and the drink that came ALONG with that combo. The blonde lady told us we had to pay 5 MORE dollars when we had already paid for everything that we told the black hair at the drive through speaker. They both need to be fired because their intentions were very rude towards us because of something so small. ignorant,rude and obnoxious for the both of them. they didnt take accountability for not recieving the items that we asked for, instead got loud at us and also irritated. Read moreI’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. These past couple months has been a complete awful experience. The new workers are rude and don’t even greet you. They’re not professional at all. Multiple times they’ve messed up my order and didn’t give me the right change back. I always go there in the morning before work, the past few weeks it’s been a 15 minute wait every time. I understand that it is short staffed at the moment, but this evening I went for lunch. I sat there at the speaker to order for 5 mins, I said “hello, excuse me” at least 5 times. I know they heard me because I’ve worked at Tim Hortons for my first job. So after I didn’t get a response I pull up to the window and it says they close at 3:30. I pulled up to the window at 3:21, and they seen me and I waved to talk to them and they completely ignored me. This is an awful group of workers right now. Besides one person, and that is a new lady that works in the morning at the register drive through. I think they should reconsider the employees they have right now.
