Ordered a biggie bag with a double bacon cheeseburger spicy nuggets fry and drink through the app. Did this in the parking lot for immediate pickup. Entered the restaurant nobody was working the front counter every time the sandwich maker brought a sandwich to the front the fry operator would place the sandwiches under the heat lamp where the fries were at then when the drive-thru attendant would go to get the sandwiches he would have to ask which sandwich was which at that point the sandwich maker would have to open up each sandwich to find out which one it was. The fry attendant was bagging up multiple orders for the counter yet never asked me if I had been helped finally the drive-thru attendant saw me standing there and asked me if I had been helped I told him my place to mobile order shortly after that I heard the fry attendant ask if this burger that he was holding in his hand was a double cheeseburger at which point he brought it over to the counter that is behind where the front counter people stand and he said that and some nuggets right there on that counter. At this point a lady came in from outside I'm assuming she was on break asked me if I had been helped I told her I had a mobile order she asked me did I get my drink I said no but I believe that's my food sitting right there on that counter getting cold she went back grab the food got different nuggets out of the same container that the fry attendant got them out of and gave me quote fresh ones and I understand it's fast food and it's not going to be the best but it just seems like lately every place I go to because I want Quality Service...
Read moreAfter having a horrible experience at a Monroe Michigan Wendys, we were sent a gift card and 2 coupons for either a combo meal or a large salad. (We were happy to see corporate care and want to help earn our business back as we have been loyal customers for years). We went to the Gibraltar Mi location last night and trying to redeem these coupons we're a joke. Mind you this is through the drive thru. The lady that was helping with out order was rude, wanted to charge me for some of the order and when I asked why? Her reply was that she took the sandwich off. Really? I had to remind them I ordered 2 combo meals and I gave them 2 coupons the 2 free combo meals. Then the came back and wanted to charge me again as she took both sandwiches off. I again had to remind them what the coupons said and said they stayed right on there free combo meal or large salad. Then she said "well, Its just that I don't have that on my register" I was about to drive off and say forget it. Then the guy working the window with her said here you go. Handed me the food and drinks. I have to admit, Wendy's is failing huge when it comes to good customer service and the lack of communication.... OMG! I over it for a while now. Read moreI am on a low fat, low sodium and low calorie diet because I had a heart attack, and we are old. I went to Wendy's especially because they offer baked potatoes. I ordered 2 plain baked potatoes with no salt, and 2 Jr hamburgers and 1 Jr Frosty on the Wendy's app for my husband and me.
When I arrived at the window, I was told that they didn't have any baked potatoes, and they offered us 2 small fries instead. We paid $2.69 each for the baked potatoes in the app, and the small fries were only $2.49, so I declined that offer and told them I wanted to cancel the order. I tried in the app, but it said that the order was already processed and couldn't be cancelled. The Manager, who would not come to the window to speak to me directly, told the cashier that the refund had to be done in the app and refused to cancel it. The cashier then said that we could get medium fries instead. We said ok, even though we really wanted to cancel the order.
When we got our order, the burgers were cold and the fries were so salty that I could only eat a few. This is not the first time we have gotten terrible service and food at this Wendy's location, but it will definitely...
