The location is great for a wedding of 100 or less.
They have a nice big room for the bride with a one toilet bathroom, but there are a lot of windows with no covers which makes changing difficult.
The event hall is large which allows for lots of room to maneuver around tables, have a dance floor, have a buffet, etc with out having to stop the even and move things for different activities.
The arch way for an out door ceremony is beautiful, especially in the fall. Such beautiful scenery behind it.
The bridge also makes a fantastic spot for photos, both wedding related or even family portraits / class photos, etc. I posted references photos of the bridge.
The coordinator was awesome and on top of it. She helped the bride through a few issues, kept things moving, tracked events and comunicated with other venders. However some of the other staff were a bit rude when the coordinator was not present.
They kept a good handle of keeping the rest of the centers sections and visitors away from the wedding.
They brides room was locked so our stuff stayed safe which was awesome. However, even though the wedding was still in full swing we were told we had to move all our things out of the suite so the next days event people could move things in. This made no sense to me and seems unreasonable since we had the wedding activities scheduled till late that night. We did end up working it out so our stuff was just move to a corner till the end, but it was a stressor that...
Read moreThis place is the MOST unprofessional event hall ever! The girl that claims to be a wedding planner is all about the money with no respect or communication what so ever! I started planning my wedding here in January and I’ve only been contacted a few times since then When the gas leak happened they failed to even tell me they were close I had to find out from the workers outside of the building when I pulled up to put my deposit down then was failed to be contacted through phone after that. I’ve had to go up there to measure my own tables and ask questions about everything to do with my wedding because the girl that claims to be the wedding planner and would be contacting me never contacted me!! They sent emails and claimed that they were open for three weeks prior to my wedding which was a lie I actually have a picture of the day I pulled up with cones in front of the building this place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal with with the rudest people I’d advise not ever planning an event here if you actually care about your event they won’t! Please do yourself a favor and plan somewhere else before you put yourself through the stress of dealing with...
Read moreRating strictly based on coming here for the indoor pool. Entire pool is basically the roped off lanes in the very deep water. Zero pool area for regular swimming/family. One tiny kids area which is super shallow and we had to ask for them to turn on the kids fountain. No water in between as stated, just 1 foot of water jumping to 10 foot deep lanes. Also biggest annoyance was the fact that the only seats are the few rows of bleachers on the side by the very deep end. There is not ONE table or a single chair in the huge empty area by the kids/toddler side. You’re forced to be in the water or expected to either supervise your toddler from across the entire pool area by the bleachers if you want to sit. If I have young kids that are playing, I should have the option to sit by and watch them but instead I had to stand or sit on the dirty window ledge. Plenty of space for a few tables but I guess no one has thought of such a simple amenity. Would choose another community center to join if you plan to use the pool or use anything besides the...
