I ordered four number one's aka the medellins(empanadas in beef, chicken or mushroom). With a iced salted caramel coffee sprinkled with cinnamon. I heard months ago that this place had great Colombian empanadas so I finally remembered and decided to pull the trigger and try them. The empanada itself was not to crunchy, but enough the flavor definitely was distinct and still tasteful]. Both types of empanadas were good, but if I just had nitpick the chicken ones seemed more flavorful. Although beef ones were soft they just seemed to lack seasoning. Coffee drink was delicious not overwhelming with a sweet flavor and little sprinkle of cinnamon was a nice touch. I want to go back and try something different. I can't say anything about the atmosphere since I did the drive through. The attendant who assisted me was very nice and social. I don't think that a little lack of flavor for my beef empanadas merits four stars. Food was fresh, well packaged and...

Being from Mexico City and experiencing the veins of Oaxaca, Zacatecas, Guanajato, I can see and taste how latin culture is shared through these Colombian empanadas. Bitting them felt like a scene from Ratatouille where it takes you back when everything was fixed by a bite of a homemade tortilla. They hold the holy trinity of great food, fat of great taste, the crunch of a golden tortilla aka masa, and the acidity of their salsa. Truly a great experience, to whom ever wants to enjoy what latin...

Love!!! Haha no but for real! Tons of variety to choose from not just your typical iced coffee & the Colombian food is also a HUGE plus. We love the canastos & empanadas!! 🤩 Kids love the bon bons and salpicon with ice cream. Want to try something out of the ordinary I would recommend the strawberry iced coffee with ice cream. Definitely a place to try in Brownsville! They also have drive thru for families who just want to grab some food and coffee without unloading...

The staff is so nice and helpful if you have any questions on the menu. Food was so delicious and drinks were so refreshing. I’m so happy the valley, especially Brownsville, has something new to try out. Prices are fair too considering they order from Colombia and finding the ingredients in the RGV can be rare. 10/10 support your local Colombian coffee shop.

Pretty good Colombian food, wish they had the whole full menu of their food. Coming from New York, I miss the diverse culture we have. I’m glad I found this and hope RGV brings more different types of food from other countries like Dominican & Puerto Rican, halal guys, Honduran, Salvadorian ect.
