Got there at 6:30 pm place closes at 7 waitress was mad because she was ready to leave. I ordered Sopa de Marisco she brought me sopa de pescado y Cameron “soup of fish and shrimp” I told the waitress she went to tell the cook and she came back saying they were out of pulpo “octopus” ok ill eat the fish shrimp soup mind you its more expensive, OMG the soup was cold I sent it back they still wanted to charge me I told them I'm not paying for it the girl said it was my fault because I came in before closing. I told her you could have told me you can’t heat food up or you aren’t accepting customers. The waitress and the girl at the cash register were rude! They charged me 38$ gave me back 11$ for the soup. I will never go back to this crappy place again!!! Thought i should share a current and accurate review. I went based on such great reviews but I was very disappointed. Our waiter seemed distracted and seemed to forget to bring things we asked for and would bring the wrong things. It is such a shame because i have been to other locations and the experience was pleasant. I ordered a ceviche tostada and i had to request salsas because they only gave me ketchup and salsa casera. We had a great experience the first time we ate here but when my husband returned the next day for take out, we were greatly disappointed. He ordered a large ceviche that was in a cup and cost $9.
