Horrible! I've been waiting to write this review to see if I would hear from anyone regarding the cake/cupcakes I ordered but nothing. I threw my daughter her first birthday party EVER. It was her 10th birthday. I sat with the owner ans told her what I wanted to a T from colors to decoration and icing (even tasted different ones) asked for a black and hot pink iced cake with cheetah print and sweet normal yummy icing half chocolate and half yellow. Put a $50 dollar deposit. Hours before the party I went to pick up the cake 1 no one that makes them was there just the guy that handles the pick ups 2 the cake was white and super light pink with retarded looking cheetah print. What choice did I have but to pay the remaining $50 bucks and take it because again we were hours from the party. Once we sang happy birthday and gave out the cupcakes it got worse! Was half chocolate half coconut the icing was so gross not even the kids wanted to eat it! So disappointed, fuming, and beyond disgusted! Went here paid $100 bucks thinking I would get the best service possible went into every fine detail for nothing! Horrible and ruined my daughter's first party!...

Years and years of being customer, cause I look for great flavor and presentation, first the color silver we can't do, today i just checked they do silver but not the time I ask, weird, cause is something possible, the cake for 20, I wanted rectangle, no we don't do it that size, only round, in another bakery they do,edible images extra price, always, ok, but still not the colors right? And I say, it suppose to be red and yellow, not that color, the man stated that's how the machine is doing lately, the best is black, like nothing, I was not offered a refund or anything not even a sorry...the taste not that great at all, filling was strawberry I guess it was only a tablespoon for the whole cake, am not coming back at all, its only OLD FAME, no presentation and no great taste anymore. The cupcakes were delicious, but the filling you placed in the one cupcake revealed a girl was expected. The papers you had from the doctor’s office reveal the baby is a boy. Only one cupcake had the filling. The 11th person to take a bite of their cupcake revealed that pink filling. By that time the anticipation had grown, and there it was. A girl. Minutes later my son-in-law opened the doctor’s report. No, it’s a boy. We all are eagerly waiting my son-in-law and daughter’s baby boy in March, but it surprises me still how your inattention to detail or negligence affected us all. You may think a refund and an electronic apology are enough. I doubt it. I wish you well, but I recommend you redouble your efforts to provide a proper cake to make sure you do not risk ruining someone’s birthday or anniversary or...
