From d time I showed up to d store 2 select a washer they quickly confirm they did Not have the one they had advertised online at a much lower price as usual of coarse yet advertisement price should of been honored, but supposedly no such price range 4 starters.
The sales person was ok as greeted me upon arrival, but as I selected d least expensive washer I practically made d selection, & sales person standing up by washer not even by a sitting area started 2 fill out order invoice standing.
As few information was collected, sales person walked me to cashier lady whom hardly greeted me and just proceed to charge me for d washer purchase but no final delivery verifications were even made to make sure delivery location was correct so I had 2 make sure everything was.
I paid and proceeded to just walk out.
D delivery date was honored as scheduled but d time to delivery really needs improvement as I had a relative b home in my place as I worked and No time windows were mentioned at all on sale date so d delivery was done all the way up to 330pm as delivery drivers called me they were on their way.
Its OK 2 deliver as loads are route coordinated but a courtesy text of an estimated delivery TIME frame would of helped than just be on stand by all day waiting 4 d washer drop off.
An am or pm time frame needs to be practiced 4 customer not to b stuck at home all day without knowing when d delivery will b done.
Lastly, After talking 2 delivery staff I had to make sure they installed d new washer in its proper location as old washer needed 2 b moved aside in order to drop off and connect my good washer hoses 2 new washer but if I wouldn't have spoken to them d delivery was only going to drop off and leave as for me to do d install set up but after mentioning I paid for installation and set up and not just 2 deliver drop off and leave.
I am Not sure what is happening everywhere, but d not to far back before Covid customer service seems a gone attribute, a no longer care 4 Quality customer service but just make d sell and thats it.

Read moreI liked the fact that they have a big selection of things on the floor to look at but at the end I purchased 5 different furniture items and I have to wait a week for them to be delivered, maybe should of shopped somewhere else......(update)..ok so it's been a week, they came to deliver my items and one of the items was a new bed for my son. After all this time that the had to get my order right they brought it incomplete and where unable to assemble it and it's in my house unusable. I called the store to speak to a manager and they said one was not available, they said the missing pieces to complete the bed would take another 5 days to receive! Completely unacceptable....11 days to receive a complete bed! Aside from that I also ordered a white type of chair for my wife's vanity and they brought it dirty and stained from where they handled it with dirty hands...bad...
Read moreUpdate: ordered a nice side table to use as a night stand. Was required to pay a deposit to order it and it was supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. It is now 35 days later and my table has still not arrived. Found the table online for 40% cheaper everywhere else with 3 to 5 day shipping. I ended up asking the store to cancel my order and was told I would lose my deposit and that was it. Spent a lot of money here, but I will not be going back. It was actually still cheaper to lose my deposit and order the table elsewhere. Originally a 5 star review, now a 1 star.
