Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brownsville

Sadly, times have changed. I dined in at this location after not having eaten at a pizza hut restaurant in years. (Yes I've gotten delivery and takeout on multiple occasions but never eat there) There was LITERALLY no one else dining in besides my girlfriend and I. I remember going to a pizza hut years ago and it would be packed, sometimes even waiting for a table. Although this is not really a fault to pizza hut as an establishment itself, the prices dining in definitely are a problem. Why is it that there are no dine in specials anymore? Why is it that a medium pizza dining in is $18 when I can get two of them online for $14. I ordered a curbside order. I was outside waiting for 15 minutes. I clicked I’m here on the app as soon as I arrived. Nobody came out. I called the store 10 times & nobody picked up the phone. I had to get off & ask for my order, it’s called curbside for a reason. I had a kid in the car. That shouldn’t be an option if they’re not going to follow it. The girl claimed she was the manager, her excuse was that they’re short staffed & couldn’t answer. It takes 5 seconds to answer the phone & send someone out with the order. There was also like 6 or 7 employees working walking around only. So I don’t understand how she was short staffed. She shouldn’t be running that place or be a manager. Horrible...

Well to start off they gave me the wrong pizza. I asked for hand tossed and i think i got thin crust. My wife snd daughter were very hungry so i didn't change it. We also ordered boneless honey bbq wings and they were over drenched in bbq sauce. They made my daughter sick. They were kind enough to change them for another flavor but then they looked like they were undercooked. They explained to us that they don't cook them there. They just heat them up. Again they were kind enough to return them. Finally they charged me two orders of cheese sticks but they only gave me one. Luckily everything was delicious (except the wings) or i would've given one...
