Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Brownsville

Walked in for lunch on Sunday 8/12/18 and had the first horrible experience. I order food for me and my family and waited about 30 minutes and no food ever was ready. I stood up once and asked if my food had been called out maybe I didn't hear my order and employee taking orders said she would check. Minutes passed by and she did not follow up with me at all. I waved her down and she came to my table. I asked her what was taking so long since drive trhu orders were moving fast, her response was the cooks get confused. I found that a horrible excuse. I told her to cancel my order. She went to tell her manager and manager apologized and told me it was because they had a trainee working for them. How is that my fault and hois that the trainees fault? When you have the general manager sitting next to us acting a fool and yelling across the room but never standing up asking what went wrong or offering a free side or order. When my refund was processed the cashier told me it would take 7 business days for my money to come back to my account. I wasted time there, lost my appetite, and lost respect for this restaurant at Boca Chica. They need to switch the general manager. Everything that went wrong was related to...

The food was great as always but I am a bit disappointed that the cleaning of the restaurant by crewmembers is not as what it was before. I used to work here and it was our goal to always offer good food, good service, and a good atmosphere. I haven’t eating inside in a while just drive-thru but today we wanted to have a good time. If there is time to talk to your crewmembers there is definitely time to clean. Maybe I am exaggerating, but thats what canes stands out for. I always tell my family they are the cleanest fast food restaurant here since when I used to work there that was a priority. Tables dirty, we had to sit in one that was dirty. Fountain machine full of ice. Ketchup in tables in the ketchup area. Trash cans full. We witness a customer trying to clean a table to be able to eat. My daughter was in the need of using a restroom and the female one was taking long. So we opted for the males since they should be clean but it was not. She is a toddler so she can’t hold it, we had to do it like that. Please 🙏 bring back the same customer service and the good clean atmosphere. Good thing im not a mystery shop...

Often criticized for only serving chicken tenders but the most discerning chicken tender connoisseur will understand why. This establishment has mastered the art in frying chicken tenders. One bite of their chicken tenders with it's crunchy outer shell with an extraordinarily soft inner portion will convince you, that yes, this is the best tenders you have ever eaten. To those that say that these are not the best chicken tenders ever, please feel free to keep eating chicken tenders from Walmart that have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and that have been overcooked. I don't get me started on their chicken tender dipping sauce. That is another area of discussion that I can talk for hours, but yes the dipping sauce is awesome. The fries are awesome. I am not much of a coleslaw guy, never have been, but I can assure you, this place will not disappoint you. If they ever decide to make chicken sandwiches, I would give up...
