Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Brownsville

This is the WORSE Raising Canes location. They NEVER repeat your order back to you so they ALWAYS get the order wrong, and have a bad attitude when we go back and ask them to fix their mistake. Make sure to not leave the drive through BEFORE checking your order and have them REPEAT your order back to you like they should be doing. We spoke to Annahi (tan shirt) on July 1st for a refund because the cashier charged us for a extra box combo we didn’t order and we mentioned to her how they always mess up and Annahi said it’s because of shift changes that they get mixed up which actually makes no sense. Plus we go at different times and they always mess up and this happened after 6pm, I doubt there was a shift change that late but that’s already tells us she’s not holding the team accountable for their poor customer service or has any standards and doesn’t care for her job. I worked in food service and that’s no excuse. All you have to do is put the orders together correctly and they can’t even do that, it’s pathetic. The sauce was literally thrown in there and spilled with the dirty container inside. We also accidentally kept an the extra coleslaw because we thought one of the orders came with two coleslaws like they did before but she kept saying no and DEMANDING the coleslaw back, she made us go back into our boxes and pull it out and give it to her while she held up the drive through line demanding we give her the coleslaw side back. She could have been polite about the simple misunderstanding but she was EXTREMELY rude over a coleslaw lol. They literally don’t care, they’re super rude and snappy and from reading the reviews, it’s looks like this isn’t the first time they’ve behaved this way unfortunately and nothing is getting done about it. I guess they make anyone headshift or manager or whatever Annahi is because she is not fit for the job AT ALL. This location needs to take training from Chikfila who always had amazing attitudes, service and have never gotten our order wrong. We will be...

I had the 4 piece combo with lemonade on a Sunday evening.

Restaurant was super cold.

Tables were dirty but the cashier was happy to clean it off for me and my friend.

Got our food relatively fast considering how busy they were.

Chicken fingers were wonderful. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Dipping sauce was good too.

Fries crispy and good.

Cole slaw was not good. Almost like it was missing something.

Lemonade was more tart than I liked.

Toast good.

This was my first visit and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The menu is simple and easy to understand your options. I modified my order which they had no problems complying with. I asked for extra crispy fries and buttered/toasted buns. The chicken tenders inside the burger were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The one down side was that the cashier taking my order was also attending the drive thru consumers, so it was difficult to know when she was addressing me or the drive thru. But other than that everything else was great and definitely recommend you stop by and give Raising Cane's Chicken...
