I’ve used this location for large orders before and I really didn’t appreciate their service until this last order. I often buy lunch for the staff at a local nursing home where my mother stays. Feeding 80 people is best done with pizza from an economic perspective. Having sent pizzas before, I thought I would mix it up a little bit and get subs. I called a local chain “sub” shop and inquired about delivery for 80 people. Long story short, I heard on more than one occasion this sentence, if you want to call it that; “Uh… yeah… like… I uh don’t really know how that works. Can you call back… like uh… later or something?” I did call back and it wasn’t much better. I didn’t walk, I ran back into the arms of Dominoes on Coggin Avenue. Deciding once again on pizza, I was trying to figure out the most economical strategy to feed 80 people. I called the location and Robert answered the phone. He was not only coherent and spoke in complete sentences, but he was thoroughly educated on pizza prices, coupons, and cost effective pizza ordering strategy for large orders. Armed with Robert’s suggestions I placed the order online. I was having issues with the site so I called the location again and spoke to Malinda. Malinda was empathic with the website issue and we quickly completed my order over the phone. Since the order was for the next day, Malinda referred me to the GM Sabrina who would be on duty the next morning. I called the next morning to confirm the order, payment and delivery time. Sabrina assured me everything was on schedule and it could not have gone any more flawlessly than it did. Thank you Robert, Malinda and Sabrina, I will never stray again. :) Btw: The staff at the nursing home were very pleased with the service, pizza and desserts! Thanks...
Read moreI ordered there today and their website kept glitching so I had to restart my order 6 times before it went through. I always order the same thing. But the website just wasn't letting me order today lol anyways I wasn't paying attention when I hit the submit button and I had ordered the wrong breading for my pizza. When it was delivered I told the driver it was supposed to be thin crust and apologized to her and she did the same. I told her it was okay not a problem and didn't mind waiting to get another one. 1 minute later I get a call from the store manager and she is getting on to me and I told her it was my mistake because I didn't double check the order and she yelled at me and unfortunately made me cry. She told me after yelling that they would remake it and would be about 40 mins. I didn't care about the time. But I did feel like I was a 2yr old getting In trouble. I know it was my mistake and I said sorry over and over. She didn't care. I told her if she really was that mad about it, she could just refund me and I would go somewhere else. She said no that they would remake it and I said sorry several times and she just kept getting on to me. Needless to say, I...
Read moreMy husband called to place an order. A obvious kid who didn’t know what he was doing answered took our order made him read it back…we wait a whole hour call back to see when the food will be delivered and the kid never even placed the order. I end up yelling at him and the manager on duty I was wrong and I know that but i was also very frustrated because we knew this kid was gonna mess it up by the way he talked ( he talked very carelessly) but we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. Anyways I did say some ugly things that I’m very and truly sorry for after speaking to the GM she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix the mess up. They did not have to even waste their time trying to fix things with how I spoke to them. She was very calm and had a way of talking down the situation so professionally. I can see why she has her position she truly was a great great one in that moment. To the other manager I’m sorry for yelling at you and even the young boy who had no idea what he was doing LITERALLY….i am sorry and thank you to the GM for fixing the issue and making it right. Food...
