Deliciously YUM. Found this place because we were looking for things to do in Brunswick, GA. What a hidden gem. You can schedule a tasting class that educates and helps you experience the different teas. We opted for a tour of the place, an explanation of what they’re doing and a tasting of different teas of the day. So yummy! Black, herbal and rooibos teas. We’re mainly black tea lovers, but were incredibly surprised with how delicious the Memory Magic herbal tea was. Gingery and cinnamony. It’s an award winner. Added bonus, they are very conscientious regarding the environment. We appreciate companies thinking about a higher purpose and not JUST the bottom line. My wife and I were visiting St. Simons Island and stumbled across Biron Teas from the tourism website and were very excited that they were doing a tea tasting - my wife and I are big tea enthusiasts and are always looking for new teas to try. This tasting did not disappoint! We got to try 10 - count 'em 10! - different teas while they owners talked about tea geography and harvesting and processing. These people know a lot about tea. So much information, most of which I'm sure I'll forget, but every time I attend one of these I take something away, in this case four packages of their own quality blended teas. I met the gentleman at either AWA or Momocon, a local anime convention and he explained all of his teas in detail, was super kind, and I struggle with a chronic illness. Ever since I've met them at the con, I've been purchasing their teas regularly! I am a firm believer they help me on my bad chronic illness days.
