Finally a ramen and sushi spot in Bryan! Been wanting to trying this spot out since Rusty posted about it on Twitter. Called in a proper 10pm to-go meal: - Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen - Crab Rangoons - Seaweed Salad - Steamed Shrimp Shumai - Philadelphia Roll The food was ready quickly, and packed perfectly for safe travel. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was amazing! That Philly roll was top notch, you could tell they used smoked salmon and not just plain salmon. The steamed Shumai was probably my favorite, moist and plump, so good! The rangoons were large and filled with plenty of cream cheese and crab. They didn’t get soggy at all. The ramen hit! The right amount of garlic in the broth. The pork was delicious. This will be a weekly spot for dinner. Will 100% be going back. I included pics of their food because there aren’t any reviews of their food from outside the restaurant. I need to ask if they have sweet & sour sauce for the rangoons, next time.

I was excited for Bo’s ramen and Sushi House because it was much closer to home than the other ramen options, but it isn’t as good as I thought it’d be. I had hopes it’d be as good or better, but I understand they’re still just starting out since they just opened. I ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen for $12. My dad got 3 rolls (Bryan’s roll, Philly roll, spicy tuna roll) which was relatively expensive, and my mom got the chicken fried rice for $12 (she said it wasn’t really worth the price). What I ordered was pretty ok I think. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was the fact the boiled eggs in my ramen were obviously refrigerated and then placed in my ramen. They were cold to the tongue 😞. My dad was originally going to have to pay $80, but it was discounted at 50% off, most likely for the grand opening, costing him only $42. Picture attached below to show the flashiness of my father’s rolls.

My new favorite place!! You’ll be seeing lots of me lol! This ramen was easily the best in the whole BCS area and some of the best ramen I have had ever. Our group tried a little bit of everything - garlic tonkatsu with udon noodles was to die for the noodles were so buttery and good and the broth wow!! The tantanmen and beef ramens were also very good. Their teas are just as delicious - the Oreo milk tea literally just tasted like Oreo perfect dessert tea. The watermelon passion fruit and lemon passion fruit teas wow I might be in love! The sushi was good as well but will be trying more of the rolls in the future, they have cute little sushi trees when they serve you.

Edit: Owner has edited her review. She initially offered a refund, and when I tried to take that option, ignored me. She has now edited her response to remove this offer. Never again, will be warning everyone to avoid this unscrupulous company! Not all businesses deserve to succeed unfortunately.

Came away a little disappointed, after seeing a post on twitter claiming how good this place is. We got the Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen, Alaska Roll, Tuna Roll and Philadelphia Roll, Unagidon, Crab Rangoons and Thai Tea. We like to always get a good assortment to properly test a new restaurant.

Food was ready quickly, and packed well - we appreciated that the ramen was in a bowl rather than the large cup it often comes in locally. Ramen was flavourful, and had plentiful fresh ingredients that made it varied and enjoyable. Meat portion seemed small for price point and left the balance of the meal lacking.

The sushi is by far the worst we’ve had. The fillings are mushy and inedible, and we ended up trying to feed it to our dog - but even she wouldn’t touch the Alaska Roll. It didn’t feel fresh, and gave gas station sushi vibes. The rice was unevenly there and in some cases undercooked and hard. The salmon in the Philadelphia roll is smoked, which is both novel and horrendous. The tuna was not fresh, and I feel a bit nauseous having eaten a piece of it.

The eel bowl had what I think was diced radish on top but it was so hard it hurt my teeth. The eel was burnt in some places, but the portion was good. The crab rangoons were completely typical, fried cream cheese and the ‘house sauce’ was some packets of duck sauce thrown in. Disappointing to say the least.

Husband enjoyed the Thai tea very much, but it is priced higher than other local offerings that are equally good eg Koala Cafe.

Total cost: $50.39 after the first time order discount. Left feeling like I’d wasted a decent chunk of money, and pretty angry about the fact the sushi is so bad a dog doesn’t want it. Will definitely warn others about this - the hype...

I went here tonight the food was not bad. My big issue was the service specifically with a server named Madi. I walked in and was eventually shown to a table and she ended up being my server after a few minutes of me sitting there, she walked up to me and said what can I do for you in a rude tone to which I responded I guess I’m here to order something Then I proceeded to order my drink. She went and got my drink and came back and then walked off again. She did not produce a menu and did not let me know that I needed to do everything through the QR code and I had no idea. She then proceeded to go around the restaurant to her tables and individually help each one of her other tables, including taking their orders and helping them choose their food and actually providing service to them which she did not for me she was insanely disrespectful, and I watched her explain the process to everybody who came in except for me. I have no idea what I did to instantly make her mad the moment I walked in. She was very disrespectful to me, especially when I sat there and witnessed her walking around the restaurant doing the most to help everybody else. After the experience with her, it’s definitely not worth going...

We regularly eat at Ramen restaurants in other cities. We've always found vegetarian and vegan options. Three of us (two vegetarians and a vegan) decided to try this restaurant because of the good reviews. We saw that they have a vegetable ramen on their menu. My husband asked if it was vegetarian. The server told him that they don't have any vegetarian or vegan options. My son noted that the vegetable option is usually vegetarian or vegan. We went back in, and asked the same server. She was somewhat snide. She said that she couldn't say. I said that the vegetable option is usually suitable for vegetarians and/or vegans, and she said she couldn't say because the spices might not be vegetarian. We decided to try it. The vegetables were fresh, but seemed devoid of any seasoning. The broth was also flavorless. It was white, and it tasted like what one might imagine watered down Elmer's glue might taste like. Obviously, other people have a different experience at this restaurant, since it was quite busy. It's the worst Ramen I've ever tried. I couldn't recommend it, I'll never go back, and I'm sorry that I...
