Taco Casa — Restaurant in Bryan

My husband and I come to Taco casa quit a bit their customer service and food is always good and the food is very fulfilling and have good prices.tonight we went there customer service good like always ,but we normally order the bean burrito with onions and add black olives.and 1 will normally fill us up.tonight they were out of cheddar shredded cheese which normally comes on the burrito,and they substituted it with nacho cheese.please don't ever do that again if you run out of shredded to send a manger to Walmart to buy some.because that was worst tasting food I've ever gotten from there.it weird how 1 ingredient changes the whole flavor of stuff.from now on I will differently ask about the cheese because it will decide rather I eat there next time or not.Now I will also say that the manager did refund wit money.which I was glad we didn't waiste money on that.it was horrible.althouhh i had a bae experience tonight I will go back but I'll always...

The place was clean, the service fast and friendly, and the food was as advertised. When people say a restaurant's menu is simple, there is usually an implication that they have chosen to do only a few items, but to do them well. At Taco Casa, simple means "nothing beyond what you could have done yourself, at home, with very little effort or skill." Ground beef is your only meat choice here and it's even more bland than the taco seasoning packet at the grocery store. The generic hot sauce offered in plastic packets are not any help. They ARE generous with the cheese. I'm not sure the volume of cheese makes up for a bland, uninspired menu. The gas station 20 yards away has tastier, more exciting TexMex. We got at 8:30 and all the chairs were on the tables we ordered they asked if it dine in or carry out I asked if they were closed she said no so we decided to eat there we sit down and over the speaker they tell us they are closing we get our food we start to eat and again the loudspeaker that they’re closing so we got our food and left your day crew is always friendly and courteous but you need help with that night crew we won’t go back at night even though we do like your food you’re not crew is rude and disrespectful I its says you close at 10 o’clock they turn the lights off at 8:55 we like your food it’s good but with customer service like that it’s not worth the aggravation will just go...
