We had such a great experience with Chelsea! She made a Paleo vanilla sheet cake for my daughter's birthday with a beautiful frosting design using natural food dyes. It was so delicious we forgot to get a picture before we dug in! The cake was moist and perfectly balanced with the frosting. Even the skeptical grandfathers had to admit that it was a great cake, despite the lack of gluten, dairy, or refined sugar. Chelsea was very communicative as we worked out what size cake I needed and what design we wanted to do. The best gluten free bakery I’ve ever seen! We got 2 loaves of bread, and several yummy treats. The German chocolate cupcake & the kolaches were the most notable to me! It is a little on the pricier side however that is to be expected with specialty/restricted diet items.
