I brought in my 13 pro max that I've had cracked for about a month. I called ahead and asked for prices. Guy on the phone said cheap screen is good for phone so I took his word for it. Took my phone in he swapped the screen out withing 30 minutes. When time came to pay he mentioned that the front screen does not have warranty and if any other compartment of the phone doesn't work to bring it back so he can claim warranty and fix it. I found it odd but I said alright I paid 140 plus 20 percent tip. A day later I was noticing that I was having a very hard time trying to charge the phone. And the back and front of the phone was getting hot to the touch. I called him and told him what was going on. He suggested that I should get a original I phone charger which I already have. So I went ahead and bought another originalI phone charger just to see if the one i had was faulty. That wasn't the problem. After I told the guy that wasn't the problem he suggested that I should upgrade the screen and pay the difference. I told him prior to taking my phone to you, I had zero issues with charging my phone. Now it's been a month since I last went. I've kept the phone charged at 51 percent at highest and struggle to try to keep charge o. the phone. I don't have time to take it to him to try to " fix it" due to me working out of town. Im going to take my loss. And leave this review here for any future customer. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Don't recommend it.
P.s. if the person over the phone mentioned the down side of choosing a cheap screen, I assure you that I would not have bought a "...

The flash had also stopped working. No big deal, I was content with a semi-functioning non-cracked screen even if I no longer had a working flashlight.
Unfortunately, less than 2 months after the repair, the entire right side of the lcd completely stopped working. Now remember, I only had my glass fixed, so blame it on poor craftsmanship or materials, all I received from MiPhone Doctor in Bryan, College Station was a quick fix. Since I hadn't called to complain about the side effects of having my glass fixed, they claimed it wasn't "covered under warranty" and would only offer 20% off another repair. Whatever tinkering they did created an underlying problem with the lcd connection, as shown less than a week after the repair by the gray lines and broken flash which are all part of the same connection. The staff was very polite in explaining this, but I'm still left without a working phone. Learn from me and take your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFast, friendly, and excellent service! Our family has been using Mi Phone Doctor for years (for everything from water damage to malfunctioning displays, replacement batteries and cracked screens, We keep coming back because they do good, fast work, and even give discounts for repeat customers. Getting ready to trade in your old phone? Invest in a new screen first! The trade in value for one of ours went from $35 to $350 after we invested $90 for a new screen!
They also sell and install screen protectors to keep your new/current device from losing value. My daughter had dropped her phone so many times that the back case was a shattered mess, but thanks to the front screen protector Mi Phone Doctor applied, the phone still retained its trade-in value!
Justin and the rest of the staff are always friendly and usually have the repair done same day (if not within the hour!) I can't recommend them highly enough. Of the many times we've done business here, we have only had issues with one repair, and they were quick to warranty/replace the repair at no cost as it was due to a defective part.
I can't recommend them...
