This place will no longer get my business. I had a call in order of the lunch combo plate which consists of 3 enchiladas of your choice beef, cheese or chicken and a crispy or soft beef taco. I ordered CHEESE enchiladas, I know I said cheese cause I don't eat beef... I ask the lady on the phone did they have chicken taco instead of beef, she put me on hold and then told me they did not have chicken taco..okay, that was fine...I told her did not want the taco only the enchiladas, and rice and bean...so...went thru the drive thru..(I'm on my lunch break) paid for the food, and the lady said they were giving me an extra enchilada in place of the taco...cool...I had to pull up and wait a little bit, which was fine.. I get my food drive off and get to work, open the cantainer...and looks really good..and they give me beef enchiladas instead of CHEESE. 😡I called them told them what I had ordered, and the lady had the nerve to tell me that I said beef, and not cheese... to sum this up, she talk to the so called "manager" that she said did not speak English, and since I had left with food they could not accommodate, and make the order right, and ontop of that she says, " well I talk to the girls and they say you said beef" so I guess I'm a lair...this is the 2nd time I've had horrible service. The food is great, but need to get better TRUTHFUL lady's at this place. No replacement on food or money, and I thought the customer is always right....so sad...loss of...
Read moreThis was by far the worst Mexican food experience I've had in B/CS. Chain restaurants are better, and I'm usually not one for chain food. No flavor, no spices, no heat, just plain bland. Ground beef had no flavor, fajita meet was more like stew meat and had no marinade much less salt or pepper. Flour tortillas were doughy and the stuff they give you with their chips cant even be called salsa. It was like dipping the chips in orange colored water. Even the $4 small guacamole need a ton of salt, pepper and lime just to have some kind of flavor. There was no garlic, only one thing 1mm tomato square and no onion. Oh yeah, my very first bite into my cheese enchiladas, earned me a 10 in hair. GROSS!!!! Seriously, in this day and age we still have to worry about hygiene in restaurants? I wouldn't recommend this place to starving homeless folks. Neither of us finished our food, mainly because I honestly couldn't get past the hair in my food. And it wasn't just ON my enchilada, it was rolled INTO it. No idea why I even gave a tip. 2 waters and two plates with guacamole cost us $33. Taco Bell food is so much better. Save your stomach and wallet and never go here. Trust me, both with thank you...
Read moreUgh, we were excited to try something new but were utterly let down. We rarely get to eat out and sadly, our night left us all wanting a do over. The menu is big with lots of unappetizing pictures so I guess we should’ve known what was to come...Chips were sad, salsa was bland. The Mango bar drink was tasty but very small and overpriced. The queso was mediocre. The shrimp was overcooked and very fishy. The brown sauce over the enchilada had a strange aftertaste and the crispy taco also had a wang. The only thing about the meal that I enjoyed at all were the refried beans. My son hated his taquitos & my husband (a chef) was dissatisfied with his chimichanga. My daughter got the cheeseburger and now has a stomachache! I NEVER write restaurant reviews but I had to say something. The service was great but I felt sorry for our waitress because she probably fields multiple complaints every shift. Apparently, their last health department review score was only a 78% so you could also infer that they’re cutting some corners in the kitchen. We will never eat...
