I NEVER leave bad reviews but this one has been consistently disappointing. I wanted to love this Starbucks because it’s so close to my house. When it first opened, I gave it several chances and tried to be understanding—they were new, probably still finding their rhythm. But over time, the same issues kept coming up. My orders were often wrong, and unfortunately, the manager is consistently rude and argumentative. Instead of working to resolve issues, I’ve experienced being spoken to in a very condescending way, which is disappointing from someone in a leadership position, at clearly sets the tone for the rest of the staff.
The scanner rarely works, and staff often brush it off like it’s “just points”—but if you’re spending $75+ a week, those points actually do add up and matter. I’ve run into situations where I felt more like a nuisance than a valued customer.
To be fair, there are a couple of employees here who are truly lovely and kind, and the building itself is beautiful and convenient. But sadly, it’s a case of the bad outweighing the good. I used to be a daily regular, but I’ve since bought a home coffee system just to avoid the ongoing frustration.
Today was the final straw—I stopped in because I ran out of coffee at home, and again had a negative experience, with the manager being unnecessarily rude. When I finally got my drink, it was watered down and disappointing. At this point, I’ve officially decided not to return.

Read moreI haven’t been a massive fan of this location because the drive thru has been lacking… you have to ask for a holder and a stopper and usually it is met with an attitude. It’s hot coffee and those shouldn’t be something we’d have to beg for, but today while I waited it was brought to my attention they accidentally made my hot coffee into a cold one. The guy was VERY sincere and genuinely sorry about the mistake and graciously remade my order. I truly appreciate accountability and communication! Read moreI really liked coming to this Starbucks the staff is friendly the area is clean. No complaints until today when I was told having a scanner for my points was not essential to running the business. Now I personally use my app and save up points look forward to my free gifts as I spend 20 dollars a day here when I pull up. So now I have to go to another Starbucks that will honor my app to be scanned cause I do care about my 140 dollars a week and would like to be able to use and earn my points for being a loyal customer.
