Arby's — Restaurant in Bryant

WARNING: PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIZE YOU ORDER Arby's has listed a size (Snack) before the Small, so if you're looking at the price, you may be ordering the wrong size. I ordered a Small Curly Fries (thinking it was the price of the Snack size), but it was over $2.00 instead. The fries had a lot of end pieces, and the container was not full. I ordered the Small Jamocha Shake (thinking it was the price of the Snack size), but it was over $3.00 instead. Not worth it. I also bought the 4/$10.00 Arby Roast Beef Sandwiches. The meat was tasteless, so it's a good thing for the Arby's BBQ Sauce and Horsey Sauce. The employees didn't say, "Thank you" or anything of that nature. The guy who was at the window was nice when I asked for extra sauces and napkins. When I checked my receipt later and thought I'd been overcharged, I went back and took photos of the menu to check. I still didn't realize that they had the Snack size first, so I went inside and talked to a manager. She said people make that mistake often. Then why do they have it set up that way? I was not very impressed with this Arby's because I had a coupon for a Reuben sandwich and I had never tried the Reuben before, so I specifically asked for extra sauce and extra Swiss cheese and when I got home I didn't have any Swiss cheese and I had no sauce and it was just a dry Reuben sandwich so I still have the bag with the receipt in my car and I've been meaning to go by there and tell them about it but I still have the receipt and the bag in the car but I was starving so I went ahead and ate the sandwich anyway but I will never get another reuben...

I contacted the location and spoke to the manager. Explained I received an uncooked burger. She told me to take it up with Door Dash. I explained to her I did and I was not properly compensated. This establishment prepared this uncooked burger she did not feel she needed to replace the burger. I did not want any money. I wanted a properly cooked burger. I wasn’t even offered an apology. I cannot continue to patron establishments that conduct business like this. I’m 1 of the 5 people that are STILL going the Arby’s! You have lost my business!! Now...
