This place should be brought up on charges for false advertisement. "Authentic Mexican Food" is posted outside and then they advertise "Tex-Mex" on the inside. It doesn't really matter since it is neither. I ordered at 2:34pm and my food came to the table right as my clock on my phone clicked over to 2:36pm. That should've been my first clue to get up and leave. Sadly I did not. The tortillas had those hard ridges that they get after being nuked, the whole plate was covered in a cheese sauce that was obviously scooped from a can and mixed with a chunky style salsa. They advertised it as "chili con queso" and that is an insult to real chili con queso. The chicken enchilada was dry even though it was soaked in a sour cream sauce that I had to scrape off so I could attempt to stomach the dry chicken. The beef burrito (which is the only burrito on the menu) had ground beef that tasted like it was seasoned with McCormick's Taco Seasoning Mix. The taquito tasted like a frozen taquito. The guacamole was TERRIBLE and the portion was ridicules. My taste buds feel violated. I was tempted to stand at the door and plead with people to turn away. Taco Bell is a five star food experience compared to this place. I couldn't tell you much about the service because my utter disgust for the food dominated my thoughts. Please, if you are reading this, take it serious. Go buy a pre-made Stouffers' enchilada family meal platter and cook it at home, you will enjoy it better than the food inside this place. And if you are traveling go ahead and buy the same thing and just eat it frozen and it will still be 10 times a better meal than inside this wanna be Mexican food restaurant. You have...

Very nice and attentive wait staff. Family members as well as one person are all welcome to dine in, or take out. Restrooms are separated, and the children have high chairs and boosters seating . Menu items are available for all ages, and the price is more reasonable for the food and portions served. The chips salsa is all you want. The cheese dips are great. They have DESERTS as well as take home chips, salsa and the rest of your food. Music is Mexican and creates a great atmosphere. I love the soft shell TACOS..3, that comes with MEXICAN style rice and the refried beans..you also get the chips and free flowing salsa dip. There's specials, at reduced prices on certain days of the week also. I never leave there ..not feeling full!!! This visits a different story...We got a large to share of Bob's blanco cheese dip and 5 cups of the salsa. I pour salsa on all my rice, refried beans, soft beef taco with jalapeno peppers sliced in it and the enchilada, also beef covered with chili sauce and then...I put Bob's cheese dip into everything. Ate mainly with chips. It was great and service for us was great so, left larger than usual tip for her. My friend had fiheatas chicken ones.we had chips, salsa and the rest of the Bob's blanco meat dip, to GO home. Fantastic, as we ordered from the lunch menu even. VIVA!. A must go there! I have eaten at this location dozens if not hundreds of times over the years. I do not know what happened to the waiters and waitresses I have seen in the past, but the waitress I had today gave us a horrible experience. Aside from a poor attitude, Mayra left us waiting for literally everything we asked for and needed during our visit. We could not eat for 15 minutes because she did not bring the items we had asked for. We had to wait 10 minutes for drink refills after we asked. Literally everything took multiple minutes of waiting, to the point we asked ourselves "did she forget about us" every. single. time. At the time of payment, she had our bank card in the back for over 10 minutes doing God know what with our personal information, and then brought it back out with another table's tickets, and had our card IN HER POCKET! YOU DO NOT KEEP PEOPLES' CARDS IN YOUR POCKET! After this experience with the server Mayra, I will not return to this location. I will keep an eye on my bank record, and if I see any erroneous charges from this location, or any other, I will sue this restaurant and this server for ID theft. If you value your customer service, you need to remove this server Mayra from your establishment, because she has just cost you at least two...
