This is the worst Burger King ever. We orderd our food on the mobile app and when I wen to the counter to pick up the order I stated to the employee that I am here to pick up my order. The employee stated let me see my phone to show him my order. All he does is walk back and forth from the front counter to the office but never speaking to me again. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes until a female employee put a bag of food on the counter and staed here is your order. No explanation or apology, so I stated to the employee that it is the employees responsiblity to communicate to their customers on what happened to my order and the employee rolled her eyes and walked away. So I had tried to call her back and she just continued walking away from me, so I had to call another employee to ask for the manager on duty. The manager came to the counter and she was useless and I explained to her on what happened to my order and she stated that she didn't know what was going on. So I told her your the managert and you don't know what is happening in your own store. I stated to her that she is just incompetent and should be fired along with the entire staff at this location except for the cook. I did ask her for the phone number for the district office and she refused to give me that, because she wanted my phone number instead to give to her boss. That I will not do. Read moreAbsolute worst service I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant, AND Burger King in general. Just sat in the drive through line for over an hour. Dining room was closed due to being short staffed, yet they had someone out back pressure washing mats, and another employee sitting in their car with a friend out front. Doesn't sound real productive when it's the middle of a dinner rush and you don't have people on grills and a serving line. Beyond that, they forgot an item in my order. I tried to walk in to correct and and the door was locked, and could not get anybody's attention. I called in and spoke to "the manager" while sitting out front and asked them to let me in to correct the order, she said I needed to wait in the drive through line again (not a chance I'm sitting there for another hour with hungry kids for your mistake). I asked if she could just have someone make it and run it to the door for me. Her response, "I'm sorry, we can't take food off premise due to COVID". The entire parking lot is your premise, so that doesn't fly. Beyond that, it would have taken 2 minutes to remake and hand it to me at the door, but instead I had to go online and let other people know how absolutely terrible the service is at this BK. Read moreThis is one of the worst ran fast food facilities I’ve ever seen. It’s the first fast food facility to open close to our neighborhood and I’ve gone there quite a bit since there opening. They have a very slow drive even though it usually only has one car in line. It’s so bad that if there’s two cars in line when I get there I’ll just drive 5 miles up the road and get something else. Something always seems to be over cooked or missing. Just payed $3.39! for a coke today, got inedible french toast sticks, half of my hash browns were over cooked and two hard as a rock croissant sandwiches. The other night I got 10pc chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks that were so bad I just threw them out. This place is new so I keep giving them a shot but it’s just ridiculous now. The staff has always been very nice, I just believe they are not properly trained and have no direction. This is definitely a management issue and possibly a franchise owner that just doesn’t care.
