Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! (And I will note on more than one occasion after giving them the benefit of the doubt) Jay or James is the individual providing the completely unprofessional ultimately very rude service! After 3 separate instances where this individual flat out refused to provide assistance 1.Simply take an order via phone....demanding we place online or call back and press 1 to get connected to their call center (I explained call center transferred me because their system was down) I was left with a loud audible "UGGGHHHH of course" fine what do you want?? 2. Requested a Well Done pizza with his flat out refusal again said NO we don't do that during our dinner order time frame. Requested no Cheese on my lactose intolerant daughters pasta and also said we don't do that! When we have in fact ordered that way for years with no issue. We complained about the pizza we received and his first response is 'well, we have the best cook on the line right now so it is how you ordered your pizza.' He said he would remake it, so I said, I wanted to change it, and of course he said, it was an up charge. I said that is fine and was told to bring in the pizza. I brought in the pizza and James attitude was extremely ugly, he argued with me about the pizza, I was just showing him that it could be the dough and that's why we wanted to change the pizza dough type but he went on saying, 'people say we have the best pizza' then I said try this pizza then and he said 'he doesn't eat this junk' and even said he would call the cops for trespassing after he tried to charge me full price for the replacement pizza! I asked for refund and he kept running his mouth trying to embarrass me with other customers in the store. We order from that location so many times, so this was absolutely ridiculous. Read moreI was very disappointed with my experience here due to the poor customer service. When I called to check on my order, I was informed that it had been ready for “a while” in a dismissive tone, even though I called just 15 minutes after placing it—the suggested time it would be ready. Upon arriving, I greeted the staff politely, saying, “Hello, how are you doing tonight?” but was completely ignored and met with an unfriendly demeanor.
When I thanked the staff member after receiving my order, she again ignored me entirely. Despite my efforts to be courteous, her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Tipping is a gesture of appreciation for good service, and in this case, there was none to acknowledge.
