This was a bad experience with poor food quailty and poorly made food as well. I even was extra nice and told them thank you so very much for working and being open on a holiday. This order $20.00 total just for me. I asked them to make the fried zucchini to be freidd well done because it always doughy in the middle, I didn't ask to bug you guys. I have a stomach issue and cannot eat anything that is remotely undercooked or raw. I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Club meal, I asked for extra ice in my drink and it had a frew cubes floating in it! Lord do your da** jobs or just quite!!! Why do people work at a place where they cannot follow directions! Or even yet choose just to ignore what the customer asks you! You just work there, but you do get paid to follow the ordering diecrtions of the guest; who ultimately does contribute to paying your check!!!! But what do you guys care, your going to get paid anyway; right? Apparently, at this location you get paid to stand and talk but not complete orders correctly. The whole order was wrong and poorly made. My fries were freezing and soggy (I had even ugraded to waffle so I got charged more as well), my sandwich was made bad too! Way to much mayo and bad tomatoes! SO SLOBBY! The condiments were all over the paper and bun! So bad so bad!!! It fell apart when I tried to eat it! I will never go back and when I called the manager Sam who was in charged she responsed in a blank and unheartfelt "Oh" and I was upset on the phone. Yes, she offered me another order of zucchini but this does make any or all of this better. I am sick and hadn't eaten anything for 5 days, I do not want to have to drive out again! It should have been made correctly the first time! Not to be that person but I used to run a QSR store and my rules, our store standards at the window was always to triple check the orders before passing them to the window to the guest. This was so sad and so upsetting. Why do we have to keep spending our money to get bad or poor service?...
Read moreWe arrived here around 11:30 PM tonight. We drove from California and we are almost to our destination and both of us we’re really hungry. We are in an RV so I walked up to the door and it was locked. The website says open for dine in carry out and drive thru. Your sign in the door and states open 24 hours carry out and drive through. I knocked on the door it was told I could walk up to the drive-through to order. When I did that it did not recognize me because I wasn’t a vehicle. I went back and asked my husband to drive the RV just a little bit in so it could recognize the weight and we could order and then he backed back out.
I stood in the drive-through and walked up to get my food and was met with really bad customer service. I was immediately told that I wasn’t to be served at the window as a walk up. He had my order ready but was very condescending. I asked him are you saying you don’t want to serve me? And he said I’m saying that I can’t serve you like this ever again. I said then forget it and I walked away without my food.
If you really think I enjoyed standing in a drive-through to get food at midnight on a Friday night I surely didn’t. Your employee could’ve handled this so much differently he was very rude and condescending and should be reprimanded. If it truly is your policy not to serve walk ups in your drive-through then your employees should be trained on that. Had I been told that I couldn’t walk up to order food I surely would not have done that. It was very awkward for me to...
Read moreUsually when I go, I can't complain. People are friendly and food is as good as one can expect from a fast food place. BUT TODAY. When did it become cool to be rude? To treat your customers insignificant??? I went through the drive thru. The gentlemen was rude while taking my order. I get to the window, the lady told me my total and took my money without saying thank you or please. Even though I Did! I then shook it off and asked her if she could put ketchup & ranch in a bag for me. ( i wont eat my food if condiments touch my food, its not sanitary) When I started to eat I realized I didn't have a bag with the condiments, but a box with the food. No condiments??? No biggie, they weren't busy but okay. So I keep eating my fries. When I decide to eat my sandwich it was pointless. It wasn't put together any better than my 2 yr old could do. So I chalked it up to a loss. I decided to just finish the fries, needless to say I found my ketchup and ranch UNDER my Food. As in touching my food! Who does that???. It's so unsanitary ! This place has lost my money. Train better and be more picky about the people you hire. I don't care what job you have. You should take...
