El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Buckeye

I work near by and chose El polo loco a lot. I always get rude service from the short manger lady but I still choose to go as there I enjoy el polo locos salad. She argues when you ask for any extra salsas or dressings.I order online and she gave me the wrong order twice. The first time I didn’t notice till I was back at work and wasn’t able to leave to bring it back. When I went back the same lady gave me me lecture that “she had to pay for the meal I took” when I paid for mine but didn’t receive it. I order a couple times in between and then it happens again and once again I make back to work with wrong order The manger calls me and tells me that I “grabbed up the wrong bag and need to bring it back right now”. I explained that she handed it to me out of the window of the drive through and that I did not just take any bag but the bag she gave me. My wife and I went to your restaurant at about 6 PM Saturday 3/17 and to my surprise there were only 4 customers at 2 tables so we ordered and sat down my wife sat in some liquid in her seat so we moved to another table but almost all had pieces of food on them so we found the cleanest one and wiped it off with a napkin, I went and told one of the workers about it and they did nothing although there were 5 or 6 employees standing around. I ordered the shrimp bowl and started eating it and a lot of the rice ( about 5% ) was so hard I could not eat it and some so hard that it could break a tooth, although the shrimp was very good. upon leaving I took the bowl of rice to the order counter and complained about the hard rice and asked to see the manager it was the same woman that I had told about the dirty tables she said she was the manager, at that point I knew was useless to complain to her and she did nothing about the hard rice. I'm new to the area and only for a short time as I'm taking care of my mom... that said, momma wanted El Pollo Loco, so that's what she gets. I ordered the new chicken tamale and taco plate, times 2, and the order taker (Verenice) asked me what sides would I like. I laughingly said, "Oh, I should've been prepared... ", and she said yes (ha!). Because I'm not familiar with the menu, I asked what the sides were and she said they were on the board. The board was pretty far away, and the light was somewhat dim so I couldn't see the board very well. I decided on rice and went to pay. Marenise (I'm sorry if I spelled it incorrectly!) was very nice and asked what sauces I would like, so I took both red and green. For the price ($13.97), I was hoping there would be a bit more, but I'm sure it's only appearing to be small portions since everything is wrapped up. It smells really good, so I'm excited to taste the food. I'm scoring a 4 out of 5 only because I couldn't see the sign well enough to make out what other sides...
