Overall, 4 stars and I would recommend this place for just about any type of group. Keep in mind it is a sports bar so lots of televisions, music, and general noise. This is not an upscale or fancy restaurant.

Food was 3-4 stars and I’d say ranged from fair to very good in taste and quality. I can vouch for the BBQ burger and fries. The cheese pizza I tried was good and quality. Any items similar to those are a safe bet. The appetizer items I tried (fried cheese, potato skins, onion rings) were your typical bar food quality. Not bad, but not great. However, many people at our table did enjoy the fried squash or zucchini. Eggplant? I can’t remember, but it was better than any of the other appetizers.

I did not like the sandwiches made with the pizza dough. The French dip in the pizza dough left something to be desired.

They had a good selection of drinks from the bar. Definitely one of their strong suits. I had a couple beers and before we left we all enjoyed one of their creative and tasty shots. I recommend the cinnamon toast or chocolate pretzel shot. Oatmeal cookie would be another good one.

As a family we love Tailgaters and we go all the time. However this time was terrible. We got there around 5:30pm and it started off great. We ordered our food and waited. Little longer wait but no problem it was a little busy. My food arrived and I had ordered the buffalo chicken sub and it came out as the Parmesan sub. Took about 10-15 for our server to come over and see if everything was ok since she was not the one to drop it off. I told her it was wrong and there was marinara in it instead of the buffalo sauce. She took it back. No apology. She then brought it with no fries or the blue cheese that comes one the side. I asked her where it all was. She said it was a remake so it’s just the sandwich. What!?!?! I would understand if it’s something I started eating but I never even ate it because I could see it was wrong. She said she would fix it and I asked at that point to put it in a box. The entire family had already finished their food. I did speak with the manager and she took off my sandwich which I appreciated. However I just got home and there is no buffalo sauce!!! I really hope the phone conversation that was taking place this evening was recorded and can be verified. I placed an order for delivery at least two times from this location without any issues. Unfortunately this particular evening there was an issue. The female associate that answer the phone and took my order for delivery was very pleasant patient and kind. She told me that my delivery will take 45 min to an hour to which I was OK with. After 90 minutes I called back and inquired about my delivery. Apparently there was a discrepancy about my address and contact information. I requested to speak to the manager that was on duty. He answered the phone and I inquired about my contact information. He would rudely interrupt me it will not let me finish asking my question to the point where I had to respectfully ask him to please let me finish talking before he would interrupt. I respectfully ask him that he would please grab me a refund he then placed me on hold. I was never given a name, confirmation number, date to receive the refund, or any further communication. It’s very sad that management could treat their loyal customers this way. I was always told to treat others the way you would wanna be treated.
