Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Buckeye

0/5 STARS IF I COULD. We’ve been ordering from this Little Caesar’s since 2017. The the quality at this point is absolutely unacceptable, someone needs to light a fire under the workers and the managers. We ordered 3 SPECIALTY pizzas tonight, 2 of them were overcooked and 1 was undercooked. We paid about $50 for HORRIBLE pizza. How are you going to raise the prices of your pizza and DECREASE the quality?? The pizzas fall a part at the center, some of them are difficult to chew because they’re so overcooked on the outside yet the middle is raw, and the regular crust might as well be thin crust because the quality is so horrible.

All the pizzas were cold when we got them (even the overcooked ones), yet they were supposedly in the warmer? We live only 2 minutes from this location. The only explanation is they let the pizzas sit out for an extended period of time, and then put them in the warmers at the last moment before pickup. We live so close that we should have HOT AND READY pizzas every time. There is NO EXCUSE for receiving cold pizzas when WE PICK THEM UP OURSELVES.

THE CHERRY ON TOP - you can’t get through to a customer service person to complain. I guarantee you the only reason this location has not been fixed by corporate is because it’s impossible to get through to someone. Been on hold for over 35 minutes.

I'm done giving this place chances. We all know little ceasars can be hit or miss, this place misses every single time. It's always a doughy, undercooked disc of slop. The middle is always so thin and stretched out and undercooked that the crust is just sopping wet in grease and tomato juice. It's absolutely disgusting it's like they're using half the amount of dough in their pizzas than any other location just to save money or something I'm not even exaggerating. The crazy bread is always just a single large brick of bread that tastes like they placed the seasoning next to the bread and let the scent just waft over it for flavor. It's crazy bread lacroix. For the love of god retrain everyone at this location. Also it's the only little cesars around this area, you KNOW you're gonna be really busy. Invest in a bench or something so you don't have a line of standing people coiling around the corner for 50 minutes. All little ceasars lobbies always look depressing because you're supposed to just walk in and out but as a store manager you gotta do something to stop your place looking as miserable as the dmv because you know there's gonna be a long line...

I'm a bit disappointed with Lil Caesars right now. I placed my order but was running late, so I tried to change the time of pickup on the app with approximately an hour before prepping my food. No can do, dear friends. I had to call the restaurant, and the only option was to have the gal cancel my order and reorder my order. WOW, that's a lot of orders in a row. Anyway, I asked her to cancel it and that I would reorder immediately with the new pickup time. I immediately opened my box of pepperoni crazy puffs when I got my order back to the car. Here's where the second disappointment comes in. There was only one of the puffs that looked close to what it should look like. The others were very small and hardly worth the purchase. It would be great if their IT could work on making the app a little more customer oriented with better options for changing times, adding items, etc.., as long as it's not too close to the preparation of the food.
