Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Buckeye

There is a younger thin guy with glasses who is SUPER NICE every time we're there. I've seen him with a motorcycle helmet. Super, super nice guy. However, there is a young lady with reddish hair parted down the middle, nose pierced on the right side who is COMPLETELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL every time we've seen her. She has a bad attitude, throws your ice cream on the counter out of reach and is bothered if you ask for a lid. A bag is also a huge imposition for her. You know, in AZ, where it's hot and ice cream melts in the car. We ordered a quart of ice cream and she lost it, claiming she doesn't know what size that is. Ummm, that's what the sign says on the display container on the shelf?!?! She is in the wrong profession and needs to get out of customer service...

Horrible customer service, walked in with my ESA dog (in arm) and was told that no dogs are allowed. When I disclosed that the animal was ESA the person at the counter asked to see my papers, I informed her that she is not allowed to ask for papers only if the animal was a service animal and what task they perform. She just stared at me like she didnt understand so I left and took my business across the street to baskin robins. Additionally just to mention there is no posted signage on the building that animals are prohibited and ironically they are located next door to Petsmart...

Just watched as the 2 employees worked on so many walk in orders even though my order was 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be done per the app. My order was placed in the app 20 minutes prior to the promised time (30 minutes total) and they couldn't even meet that. This location is understaffed, and the staff tonight was unskilled in prioritizing orders. After 20 minutes of watching my order get neglected, I had to finally cancel my order and leave. ...
