RESTAURANT CHILLING FUSION (Sushis, Seafood, Fried Rice, Noodles) — Restaurant in Buckeye

Food wasn’t horrible but definitely would not come here again. Although they had great service there was a lot that was wrong, as soon as I walked in you could clearly see how unprofessional the area was. There were Children’s toys scattered over an area on the ground, this is an issue because of affect it could have on the rest of the restaurant due to germs and spreading virus’s we can’t be fully sure people wash their hands let alone clean every inch of the toys that are provided. The condiments were spread out on a table in a random place and the way the area was laid out is concerning because of cross contamination that could have happened, not to mention the fact that anyone is able to grab anything in that area which is very unsanitary.This wasn’t the only problem, the food was also sadly a problem as well, I had ordered tacos and burritos which were not fully cooked to start off with, you can also clearly see in some pictures the company posted to their website that it isn’t fully cooked, which is also a problem, I understand others may enjoy their food cooked to a certain temperature but I was never asked or seen anywhere in the menu where we could ask for the food to be fully cooked, this resulted in my family and I getting food poisoning. This can be very worrying because there may be many other problems we may not know about so it’s important that we bring it to the public’s attention to help and inform others, this was not in any way written to harm the company rather to help improve their services and what they...

I’m actually completely shocked as to how this place has a high a star rating as it does. Walking through the doors immediately I was worried before placing my order. The entire inside of this establishment is completely rundown. The walls need to be painted, the baseboards need to be replaced, the tables and chairs need an upgrade.

But sometimes you can find hidden gems in locations that need to be updated. We placed our order and it was $47 for two hibachi chicken meals, and a cheese quesadilla.

The cheese quesadilla came out first, I’ve never had a cheese quesadilla that was made on a corn tortilla, but this one was. I really wish that would’ve been posted somewhere as I prefer flour. We tried it anyways, and it was probably one of the most greasy quesadillas I’ve ever had in my life. The side of pico I had to ask for was very well made.

Our teriyaki chicken hibachi bowls came out 25 minutes after ordering, despite us being the only people in the restaurant. The rice was cold, and the chicken was absolutely disgusting. It is all dark meat, it was barely cooked, even though I asked for it to be well done, and it had no flavor at all. My husband and I each took three or four bites of our food, and we left..

I’ve been coming here since they opened, the food has never disappointed. Neither has the service but for some reason today was a complete different story first, I ordered a rice without meat expecting it to be a small plain rice with just the veggies it comes with and they understood that I wanted extra vegetables on my rice and went ahead and charge me for that when I called a lady answered she had no problem returning the money if I returned the food, but did not offer an apology whatsoever we ignored it and said oh well next time we know to ask more questions and communicate better about the order . then I got home and I opened my sushi and noticed there was a tiny little black bug inside I’m not sure if it was a mosquito or a fly, but I called her so that I can let her know and automatically she just said I’m gonna give you your money back. She didn’t offer an apology at all was still rude about the situation as if it was my fault. mind you I did not want my money back. I was simply hungry and wanted it to be remade.
