Today I went into the Varrado Starbucks in Frys off of Indian School Rd & Jackrabbit Trail to grab my wife a drink. Anyway, after I entered I went to the counter and waited for, what looked like a Frys store manger was speaking to the "Young man and Young lady" behind the counter. While waiting I noticed the "Young man " playing with his little chin hairs. After the manger left I approached the counter and asked the Young man if he was going to was his hands before making my drink and his reply was, "I'm not making your drink". Before I could say anything, the Young lady started to wash her hands. My point is, I many years ago worked in the food service industry and nothing and I mean nothing disguises me more when I see a server playing either with their hair, touch their face or not washing hands after putting a heater in theirs mouths. I don’t mind paying for water if an establishment wants. I also understand Starbucks at grocery stores charge for the cup. (Completely understandable) this Starbucks however has employees. Fearing that they will lose their job if they sell a cup of water? She said she would get fired for selling me and my son 2 cups of water.!? Read moreI went to Starbucks with a friend of mine and I decided that I wanted to buy myself a frappe. nothing went wrong until I order my mothers coffee separately from previous order. The lady told me the price was 6.11, I gave her $10 and waited patiently for my change. I have really bad anxiety and didn’t want to argue with her about my change so I asked my friend for help. The lady who took my order told her that she covered my 11 when she was supposed give me back my change and recipe and instead told her that I lost it and hopes that I find it.
