There was a 20% tip added to the ticket, which is what we usually tip, HOWEVER, we were not given an itemized receipt, or told about the tip being included in the total, until we asked to see the full receipt ($116 seemed high for what we ate). At that point we found out that we tipped 20% via the “hidden” tip, PLUS the 20% we added, totaling a 40% tip. The frustrating part is that I wrote the second tip down in front of the cashier who smiled but made no mention of a tip already being in included in the total.
In addition to this, my eldest got sick from the beef fajita which she later mentioned was chewy and had a strong ‘beefy’ taste.

Read moreIt upsets me that I finally have to post this review: I've been eating here for at least 10+ years, so it's safe to say I've hit them on their best days and on their off days (which was still delicious).
Ever since they sold out recently, to many changes have been made to quickly for the "Normal" diners. Changes that are not in their favor.
My last visit confirmed that I will no longer eat there: While the service was friendly as always...the rice was greasy, the beans were dry, the queso was SUPER runny like water, the chips were different, the salsa tasted off and they added a meat to the enchilada gravy that they never had before..it made me sick to my stomach.
