They are not open 24 hours I got there around 7 pm tonight hopefully building wasn’t closed and I’ve been messing up all the order. The inside A/C is broken. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week. The drink machine is always out of most of there drink selection. They need new management and fix everything that’s broken. And the bathroom god-awful. And be careful they start ripping people off, adding extra to the amount that they say charging more than what it was supposed to be. Then shake machine is always down after 10 pm you guys say you’re gonna do something about it but there’s still issues they won’t give you the whole menu after 10 PM because they don’t wanna clean it. Instead of lying and saying that their machines are not working, they could easily just put a sign on their menu saying they will not serve milkshakes after 10 PM because they don’t want to pick up the mess that it causes. It would honestly be easier if they just said they would not serve it after a later time instead of lying to every customer that they are out of it or it’s broken. What type of representation do you have for your company when you have employees lying about what’s working or not working I even tested the theory multiple times got the same results. Your employees lie because they don’t wanna pick up the mess or clean the mess that a machine is causing so if you have employees lying about things being not available or it’s broken how is that? Read moreMy family came through the drive thru this past Saturday night. February 3 and spent $60 worth of food, when we got home our fries were old and were not even halfway filled. The burgers were good, but literally everything fried was just trash. It's just upsetting when you are expecting fresh fries and instead get old fries, that aren't even filled all the way. And I also heard one of the employees tell my daughter, "why did you have to order a shi* ton of food." And he seemed very annoyed with our order because it was a large one. I think his name was Devin, from what I saw on his name tag. But really, that is just so rude!! How could you talk to a customer like that???? We just came through to get food for our friends that were visiting from out of town. And we come home to bring them old food! Our family friend Nur said that it was the worst food he had from a Jack in the box, we felt so bad. Read more12/22/24. Not by choice visitor wanted this crap. And they didn't fail. Cold food, nasty fries definitely left in hanging basket over old grease, sodas were flat. Definitely need health department to surprise visits them. I stopped got snacks cuz no one wants to eat this nasty stuff.
