(If I could give them a half a star I would) I came to the sonic in buda off IH35 and ordered at stall #17 at 4:30pm. My order was small just 6 corn dogs , med fry, and small order of the ched r peppers. Paid for it and on the screen it said âon the wayâ but it never came, and then the screen went back to order again at 5pm other cars were ordering and receiving their food before me. By that time I was waiting 30 minutes and I figured it was fine since they were busy. But I was worried my order was given to a different car. I pressed the button and asked how much longer for my food now a different person than the one that took my order answered and made me repeat my order she apologize and entered it in again (I thought) . It was 5:38pm still waiting for my order I wouldâve drove off but I had already paid. The car next to me left by now and they ordered 30 corn dogs and then sum, so I pressed the red button again at 5:38pm. Someone answered again a different person and ask if I could hold.. then I heard her voice on the stall next to mine taking their order! Very frustrating especially since I had been waiting since 4:30pm. I told her my order again (now 3 times ordering) and she said someone would bring it out. I then asked for a refund. The whole time Iâve been in the same stall never changed lanes nor my order. She sounded irritated and said someone is bringing it out. I asked for refund and she asked if I have my receipt so they can refund me and I told her I never received a receipt since it comes with the food. I paid through the stall so they should have the amount that I paid a little after 4:30pm. The manager then comes out to talk to me. He said â you should see how busy it is in thereâ not even taking the time to apologize or look up my order. He said he couldnât track it down and kept asking if I had ordered through the app. He asked how much my order was I told him 10.83 he brought the food out and my cash. As I was driving away I looked in my bag and didnât receive part of my order. They left out 3 corn dogs. I will not be going back to this sonic again bad customer service, order was wrong and it took well over an hour for my food. Itâs as if they didnât believe that I was there for over an HOUR!!    Read moreUPDATE I have downgraded my review from two stars to one. This Sonic continues to disappoint. Iâve brought my dog with me multiple times so that she can get a wag cup while I get a sweet treat for my husband and myself. Several times it has not been a problem. I ask for one and they bring it out free of charge. This time, I asked for one and the girl said âIâm pretty sure we charge for those.â I said thatâs fine but she said she would go ask inside. She comes back out and says that they do charge for them. I ask how much it is and she responds âI didnât check. I didnât even know we had them. Iâm newâ Ok, so how did she know they were supposed to be charged if she didnât even know they had them. I told her it was fine and that I would do without one because it was blatantly obvious that she didnât want to make oneâa tiny cup of whipped cream. Iâm positive that I wonât be back as this little treat for my family and dog were the only reason I came here anyways.
Usually this sonic is pretty good, with decent service and good food. Tonight, the person taking orders was so rude for no reason. He sounded like a teenager blitzed out of his mind. Ok so third stall is completely blank. Shouldâve just left but tried the drive thru. Greeted by person taking our order. Place order for 3 sundaes and a shake. No response from the person. Continue to ask if they can hear us, and no response. One person only had been ahead of us and had just driven off from the window, so stupidly decided to just go to the window and ask there in case the speaker went out. Nope. Greeted by a young girl that seemed nice, but upon explaining that we werenât sure if they could hear us on the speaker and asking if we could order the sundaes and shake, she says oh our ice cream and shake machines are down.
