Have had multiple issues at this location, and it's gotten to the point that i'm here writing this review.
I was given a pizza that must have been multiple hours past the throw out time. I pulled a slice, and 50% of the crust ripped apart from how stale it was.
Didn't think much of it until I called, and they didn't answer. Called again, no answer. Call AGAIN, and my call was SENT to voice mail. One of the employees was actively rejecting my calls.
I get in my car, and the whole drive there I am calling, and either it's not being answered, or it's being sent to voice mail.
I get to the store, and the person claims no one touces the phones, which was a blatant lie, because someone touched it to reject my calls, and even if he weren't lying, then clearly they don't know how to opperate a business if they just blatantly ignore their phone 100% of the time.
After this, it takes the guy "helping" me, at least 15 minutes to figure out how to process a refund.
I'm not sure how long after writing this review you'll be reading it, but go ahead and try and call the store a couple of times before going. If they don't answer, or reject the call, you'll know nothing has changed, and they do not deserve your business.
Edit: I'm changing this to 3 stars from 1 star. I got in touch with the regional manager and he gave me some insight on the troubles they've been having. He gave me the impression he actually does care about providing good service and keeping the customers happy. He also explained they will be doing training soon to get things in order.

Read moreOn Feb 13, 2023, I purchased a pizza order from the Little Caesar’s Buda Tx location via the app. It accepted my credit card payment, and when I arrived to pick up the order, the manager on duty said they were unable to fill any orders for a few hours and that I should return later in the day for the order. I explained to this manager that I was passing through and could not return later for my order. I requested a refund. She said this location does not refund customers and that she was never trained on how to give refunds for credit card purchases. I said I find that hard to believe and again requested a refund and her name. She said employees at this location are not allowed to give their names or business phone numbers for any employees. I said I don’t believe that either. I then called their business number from their website for placing orders and her coworker answered the phone , “little Caesar’s pizza, this is Mariah, how may I help you.” I then asked Mariah for the managers name, the manager quickly told Mariah to hang up the phone. She did. Furthermore, this very uncooperative, lying, deceitful manager refused to accept my request for an equal value in bottles of soda so I could at least walk away with something for the money they owed me. She refused and said they cannot do that either. I will contact other little Ceasar locations in that area to see how I can follow up with actions against this manager. Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible. I ordered my family three pizza's and a crazy bread. The girl who took my order kept messing up my order and by the time I went to the window to pay, she was on a phone call and said her manager had to do the order, another 15 minutes pass as I am sitting in my car by the window and finally she comes over to the window and takes my card and says it was going to be done in "12 minutes" I was to pull around front in which I did, they ended up forgetting I was out there and did not come out until 45 minutes later. The store is locked and customers cannot enter, so I had to call and ask them where the food was. When I got home which is less than an exit away, the pizza was uncooked, the bread was hard as a rock, and the owner does not care about their little Caesars or the name as they have yet to return my phone call. I have tried numerous times and this store is letting the reputation of this company spiral downhill at warp speed. Customer service is horrible. They need to be retrained on how to operate the store. (One of the ladies there claimed to be a manager but did nothing about this as well) This speaks volumes and they need to close this location. This is not the first negative review nor will it be the last for them.
