1/7/22 Arrived at taco bell around 10:35ish with the drive thru line was to the front of the store. Once we finally got up to the speaker to order, we were told they were out of ground beef. We had already wasted so much time waiting in line that we went ahead and ordered and subbed the ground beef for chicken. It took another 30 or so minutes to get from the speaker to the window. The employee working the drive thru took our payment and gave us a bag of food and immediately closed the window. We check the bag and the order was incorrect. We sat there waiting for her to come back -we could see her making drinks and getting other orders ready, even making eye contact with her until she disappeared. We were trying not to be rude but after waiting about 7 minutes (and holding up the drive thru line), we beeped. No one came. We waited several more minutes. Beeped again. No one came. Then we laid on the horn and a different employee comes up, clearly frustrated, and we explained that our order was wrong and we had been waiting over 10 minutes for someone to return to the window. I even tried calling the store to see if someone would answer and no one did. He said we were given a doordash order by mistake and immediately gave us our correct order which was clearly sitting there for a while as the chips in our nachos were soggy. We also asked the employee where the original employee was that was working the window and he said "in the back, cleaning." We paid for our order at 11:34pm, and didn't leave the drive thru until 11:47 since no one wanted to come to the window to address our concern. Read moreWe walked into the Buda location and after waiting almost 5 mins just to place an order, we were finally able to flag someone down who took our order at 7:47 (based on receipt). It was not until just after 8:30 that we received our food, which was cold and packaged poorly with food all over the bag, and we had already been standing at the cashier area asking for updates for over 10 mins prior to receiving our meal. The employees were not rude, but they absolutely did not care that multiple people were going on 20+ minutes sitting in the lobby complaining. We watched an employee walk out to their car and grab a bag of food for themselves in the middle of several people asking for their orders that still had not been made. I love Taco Bell, and to be honest, I don't have unrealistic or even high expectations for any fast-food chain as of late nor am I one to spend my time writing a review of a taco bell, but this was absolutely the worst experience I have encountered in a long time. The blatant disregard for their customers, the lack of care for the quality of the food they gave me and my children after waiting the amount of time we did, and the complete waste of my time this evening for what ended up being a poor meal is why I do not intend to ever come back to this...
Read moreABSOLUTELY the worst service. Ordered online, went to pick up over 15 minutes later because I drove there from work and nothing. Tried asking people for help and got ignored. Finally asked about my order, lady says they don't have it, looks for 2 seconds on computer and tells me obviously I didn't put the correct store on my order. Pulled up my order and now she's too busy to help me. I open a bag that's been sitting on the counter to see it is mine, tell the lady this is my order but she needs to see the receipt. I then have to take the receipt around to her because she won't make any effort to take 1 step closer to look for herself. During all this, I watched how they treated other customers as well and I KNOW I won't be coming to this location again. The third attempt was definitely the charm.
