Yesterday, we used the drive-thru to get dinner. We were the only ppl in line during the entire process. I ordered a double famous star, without cheese. When I opened the wrapper, I could see that the ketchup and mayo had slopped out and was all over the outside of the bun and all over the inside and outside of the paper. What a messy, mess. It was hard to keep it all together to eat. We regularly eat at Carl's. I worked in fast food as a youngster, as many of you all have. Any amount of my displeasure would be scrutinized these days, so here I am. The second one had $20 left on it, and it had also been used by God knows who. We call the number located on the back of the card, and they are just useless. Rather than helping, they'll claim to "take note" of everything so that a manager could return our call, and it never happens. The girl rang us up and when we reviewed our receipt they clearly charged $4.49 per burger. Manager said the poster is wrong and we told him to take it down, it’s false advertisement. He said the poster means the burgers are $3.49 and up, That only the double cheeseburger is $3.49. This was NOT what the poster says. He said “no other customers complain about paying more”.
