Belinda's Authentic Mexican Food — Restaurant in Buena Park

so i did a review on this place and gave them five stars. But after this last trip i have to change it. We went there with a big group and when we asked to have our bill sepreat they told us to do it at the end but when we went to go pay the guys was giving us attitude and being very rude saying " we should have done this befor we ordered" it all started with the guy at the register. My grandma found a hair in her soup and the lady looked at it and told her it was her hair. It was not because i saw her put her spoon in and pull it out. Thats when the guy at the register said out loud "if your going to complain then you shouldn't have come" I told the waitress that i understand they were busy but the comment he made was not right. After he saw me talk to her and piont him out he looked at me and gestured for me to come over so i did. Man did his breath smell like alcohol. Then through out the time we were eating he kept staring at my cousin and i. Which made us feel very uncomfortable. The cook finally came out and apologized. But i dont think i will go back. The other waitress with arm tattoos just kept rolling her eyes at us too. Just an overall...

Belinda's is a great local spot for Mexican food. It's a hidden gem in an unassuming plaza. It's one of my regular spots for take-out or dine-in. It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

My current favorite items: • Carne Asada burritos, either regular or wet, depending on my mood • The two taco plates are tummy-satisfying without getting too stuffed and include rice and beans • Chili Relleno and taco plate • Hard shell tacos - love the crunch and fresh ingredients Fish tacos and burritos - grilled or fried • Jarritos sodas and agua frescas!

Some refreshing drink options include bottled sodas, agua frescas, and beers. I can't wait to try more items; the menu is extensive, and catering is also available!

Before ordering my wife and i kept asking the waitress about food and their spicy level, so we didn't order anything spicy as my wife and daughter don't eat spicy food, then we order 2 micheladas and i swear to you it felt as if i was drinking lava or liquefied chile my throat and stomach were burning!! Obviously we were asking about spicy food and didnt order it why would you bring me a supper spicy drink. Then we told the waitress we werent happy with the micheladas and she just said " oh, thats how we make them here" she didn't try to rectify or offer water or other drinks she just left, but atleast a few minutes later one guy comes and asks if every thing is ok. We tell him the story and he quickly apologizes and offers to remove off the bill. The reason why this gets 2 stars. Food could have been better as well. Fair to say i will not be...
