This place was terrible as is confirmed here I was here before 10pm but worker refused to let me in stating the inside lobby was closed even though it was just prior to posted closing.she instructed me to try drive-thru I told her ok but have several orders. I then went to drive thru with my 6 kids whom I am employed to care for. After waiting 30 minutes in drive thru I was told I could only place 2 separate orders. After telling her 3 kids elected not to eat there but the 3 remaining children had separate eating accounts and need 3 separate order receipts she still would not relent on her policy saying 2 is the limit, with us blocked 4 cars ahead and 2 behind I was literally stuck in line with hungry kids and a lazy customer service worker who wouldn't allow my charges to order on each of their own accounts. I’ve been a regular customer for years and each time i forget to leave this place a great review. The food is always hot and fresh when I go and the employees such as Saly , Gracie and their manager Ana are all very friendly and have a very contagious smile they are always going above and beyond for their customers. Ana is always super helpful and friendly whenever there’s a confusion or errors with orders and that’s nice to observe as I’ve seen them be yelled at and ridiculed which is unacceptable!! I’ve seen them deal with horrible things so they deserve so much recognition for still keeping their heads high and giving it their best while on the clock. I always go come here at least 3 times a week for dinner and in Wednesday night me my two nephew and my sister came to the drive-through and all the food was fine except for mine I ordered and the chicken Santa Fe sandwich with crisscross fries and a chocolate shake when we took off they get me at Burger which I don’t eat red meat and the chocolate shake Was watery and they didn’t give me Chris cut fries they gave me regular fries I talked to Maria the manager and she told me I could come in and she’ll replace it and today is Friday at Eric declined to replace my meal I’ve been coming to this carls junior for the last five years and because of this one incident of their rudeness I will never come back here no I want my...
