BAD BAD SERVICE!! PĂSIMOââ This Place is lost in their own world. Bad Custmer Service. Can someone explain to me, this!! This is a Salvadorena food style plus Restaurant. If you are Salvadorena, we all know Pupusas are accompanied with a delicious hot coffee, chocolate etc. Ridiculously!! When I placed my order, I asked for Coffee for two, as our drinks,.... and the Chicano waiter at the registered said, we donât serve coffe a this time...I reply why, and the guy responded with â we stop serving Coffee at noon. . I was like... hello itâs winter time, around 6pm in the eve... and Does this people know Salvadoreans culture???? We are cafeseros!! âCoffee drinkerââ We are raised drinking coffee, and PanDulce.... Telling a Salvadorean that you donât serve coffe at this time, and. Worst if itâs dinner time you must be stupid or donât know anything about marketing. Then, another stupid behavior : Me and my 87 years old sat at the table as we went in, and no one showed up,,, then long after, the Chicano guy comes over and told us, when ever your ready go up to the Counter to order.....Really.... thatâs another non sense thing.. Guys did you know that salvadoreans restaurants , culturally we order at the table,???? Who are you trying to attract as your customers????? You add, but you never minus, helloooo??? And thatâs not it,,,,When we got the food, we were served Hot Hot Salsa Salsa our Pupusas... he find even asked if we like hot, mile or reg Salsa... My Mother 87 yr old, was not able to eat the Pupusas with Salsa....and you want to hear more.... RIDICULOUS!!! Remember said I asked for Coffee and he said they donât serve coffee at this time... guess what, After me asking more than once, he offered hot Choc... Well...finally we get our Pupusas, and we were waiting for our hot Choc.... then... after 10 minutes eating, he served us super hot hot in a âToGo â styrofoam cup... it was so hot that my Mom was not able to drink it with the Meal/ our Pupusas.. This place donât know anything about Custmer Service, they donât know the Salvadorean Culture and worst food price ....expensive....

Read morewas there to pick up an order that I have placed over the phone, the owner's son who refused to give me his name took the order over the phone and stated that my order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived with the said time and I still had to wait another 20 minutes or so, while waited for my order I was standing inside the restaurant watching him the guy and I realized he was not wearing gloves, he was charging and touching money at the cashier and then he will go in the back and touch food to prepare it for the customers. I was worry that he would also touch my food so I approached him and I asked him why was he not wearing gloves if he was touching money and then go to the back and touch food without gloves?. He got very upset and defensive and told me that he had a box of gloves int he back but I told him that I was watching closely and at any point, I saw him put on gloves he screamed at me and told me that he was the owner and he can do what he wants and to get out of his restaurant! I asked him to call his mother Nancy but instead he threatened me that he was going to call the police to get out of his business, so I said please do, and if you are going to call the police because I complained about the health procedures than I guess they can take me to jail. He threatened to record but he went to the back kitchen and began recording from the back and he refused to come out because he was afraid that I was going to take a picture of him to show his mother. Lastly, I demanded my money back and he said ok but then he changed his mind, and instead, he kept saying I refuse to give you service and get the hell out of my restaurant. I came home and threw the food away because I was afraid to get sick especially with this pandemic. VERY BAD AND HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE AFTER 5 YEARS COMING...

ZERO IF I COULD
When I first came in and ordered, the cashier began speaking to me in formal and respectful Spanish "tu" "usted" etc. I ordered 5 pupusas and 1 tamale to go. When I paid with cash, I noticed that the cashier got bothered because I did not put my hard-earned money into her tip jar.
When I returned to pick up my order, she was clearly bothered and this time speaking to me in informal Spanish "tu" etc., which is not very respectful. I saw my order get put in a bag in front of her and she put a bag of curtido and two quarter sized salsas containers into my bag.
I've purchased from here several times in the past and I know the amount of salsa I get with my order. Anyhow, she refused and said that that's all she's allowed to give out and that if she gave out more, she would have to charge me. She was clearly angry that I did not tip her for taking my order and was trying to get back at me with the salsa. I'm not tipping you for taking a to go order.
These two measly miniature containers of salsa are all she gave me. This order was supposed to feed three people. The salsa had no taste and was watery. The tamale was old and the masa had turned green from the banana leaf which indicates an old tamale. I will not return to this place, there are better places out there with better service where they are not trying to get back at people while being tight wads about the salsa.
They even have the audacity to have a sign in the restaurant which says "people love us on yelp".
The owner should really pay attention to what people have to say about this place, if not that place won't be there...
