Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Buffalo Grove

I can’t say enough good things about this Chick-fil-A and their amazing team! During bingo night I accidentally dropped my wallet and didn’t even realize it for three days (thanks to Apple Pay I didn’t miss it right away). When I finally stopped by to check the lost & found, the store manager went above and beyond—he searched for a good 10 minutes and actually found my wallet safe and sound.

The relief and gratitude I felt was incredible. It’s rare to experience this level of honesty and care these days, and it really shows how much pride this store takes in taking care of their guests. I’m beyond thankful, and because of this experience I’ll definitely be stopping by every week for my favorite iced coffee.

Thank you again to the whole team—you turned what could have been a stressful situation into a heartwarming reminder of kindness...

It’s my first time coming to this store, that probably just opened for not so long time, it’s not well organized . I came in today to pick up my online order knowing my food was ready. I was standing in front of the pick up area for maybe 5 mins and got no attention, my name did show up on the screen under the ready list, I was a bit frustrated because my kid was waiting outside in the car. I needed help to know what’s going on, so I wanted to ask staff in the back area where my food is, upon approaching the back area , that finally triggered the cashier to talk to me, asked me just to wait, who is not friendly at all, even a bit confrontational. Luckily in the U.K. we are getting a good selection of American fast food establishments. One thing I love that we don’t have is Chick-fil-A so naturally as soon as soon as I fancy a take out. It’s my number 1 choice. So tonight I decided to treat myself via Uber eats. Imagine our horror to firstly find out our Dr Pepper and my daughters chocolate milk we missing. Now let’s move onto the food. The under driver actually got our food here early. Yet it was all stone cold. Had to warm everything up but my burger Bun and salad in the microwave. My spicy fillet was absolutely dripping in oil. I had to pay it down with paper before heating it up. All in all a very disappointing experience.
