Terrible Experience – Please Don’t Risk Your Health!

I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this restaurant, and I strongly urge others to avoid it — especially this location.

I ordered fried rice, chicken with mushrooms, and sweet and sour chicken. While eating, I found something black inside a piece of carrot — it turned out to be completely rotten on the inside. It’s clear they simply sliced it and cooked it without checking the quality or freshness.

This isn’t just carelessness — it’s a serious health risk. Using spoiled ingredients shows complete disregard for customer well-being. I felt disgusted and upset knowing that they’re willing to serve food in such unsanitary conditions.

I will never return, and I strongly recommend you do not eat here. Protect your health and spend your money somewhere that actually cares....

I’ve tried giving this location a few gos but the concept just doesn’t work. Every time I come either myself or others seem to have issues. 1st time I came the food wasn’t cooked thoroughly. The 2time I came they didn’t answer the drive thru for 10 minutes.

This last time a few of us waited in the lot per the drive thru. I waited 20 min to then be told that they would be making us wait another 20 for the white rider. Super disappointing. I live in BG and want to support this location for the 1st time yesterday afternoon. First off, they asked me if I had visa because for some reason they preferred that over Mastercard which is ridiculous , I only use Mastercard did not have a visa on me so she asked me to wait, wait, wait then finally ran my mc then finally got my food got home and the spring rolls tasted a day old the food was super cold and for the price super little quantity. 1st and last time coming here.
