Not a serious review, but I wanted to share my experience.
Usually after taking my dog to the vet, I will get her a pup cup from any place on the way back home. I was driving back, and came here for this first time with my dog.
As I was pulling up to the drive through menu, with the sole intention of only getting a pup cup, I ask myself "What kind of customer would I be if I ordered a pup cup without an actual drink?" So I proceed to tell the intercom employee that I would like to try their new hot caramel latte, and emphasize the pup cup as well.
I pull up to the next window, a young employee reads my order as the "latte and pup cup", I confirm, she takes my payment, compliments my dog, and goes back inside. She comes back with a good ol' iced vanilla latte (?), realizes I did not order that, confirms with me, apologizes, and goes back to make the actual drink I ordered.
Very shortly afterwards, an older ex-Guantánamo Bay interrogations officer open the drive through window, folds her arms, squares up right at me, stares me down, and asks "What was your order?" to which I respond "The new hot caramel latte you have on the menu, and a pup cup". Given several seconds of dead silence and staring, hoping that I "spill the truth" and reveal the secret classified information, she closes the window.
Moments later, the same lady opens the window back up, hands me my drink, says nothing, I thank her as I proceed to take the drink, and confirm ".... and the pup cup?". I kid you not, she looks at me and says "Not right now, we are busy" waving me off, and shutting the window closed. I was the only person in the drive through. As I was driving out, there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. Google may as well need to change this places' busy level hours to max 24/7 if 3 customers is considered "busy".
I give two stars because the girl who took my...
Read moreThis place is horrible. Always check your bag before you leave.. we went through the drive thru earlier this morning... it was kinda busy. But these guys decide to send people to the parking lots (which is tiny..) to serve them and keep the line moving.. which is obviously ideal, If you did it properly. There was no system for keeping track of which order belonged too who or who should park where.. there ended up being no parking for people who actually wanted to park and go inside. After I parked it was almost 10 minutes before anyone even came out to serve anyone. (Keep in mind the drive thru cars are piling up.. He then went from car to car to find who the food belonged too. I ordered a sandwich, 2 bagel bites 2 order hashbrowns and a long John donut.. by the time I finally got my food.. I only received half of it. I got my sandwich and bagel bites; no donut (which was for my very disappointed daughter) no hasbrowns. The sandwich was over cooked and too hard to even take a bite of, but I angrily enjoyed my bagel bites after calling to complain, which just rang and rang with no answer i would have rather voiced my concerns over the phone, but they gave me no choice to leave this review.. Avoid this location. I'd rather drive to a further location then...
Read moreMy friend and i went through the drive through yesterday and they messed up both of our coffees, the man who i believe was the MANAGER said they couldn’t take back the drinks and wasn’t going to do anything about it but give us packets of regular sugar and was very inconsiderate. Being a fast food employee myself know that rule and know that if an order is messed up, the workers need to correct it. Our order was messed up because one coffee did not have sugar and my cold brew did not have the sweetened vanilla i asked for.He then handed us a cup with the sweetened vanilla and liquid sugar that was missing from the coffees after i asked for it. The young man at the window stayed calm the whole time and was friendly but looked as scared as i was when the stern manager did not handle the situation properly. I’ve seen other comments on here saying the manager is so friendly but he was the complete...
