Bartender was nice enough. Sabres were playing and were on a 5 game win streak when half the tv's turned to a basketball game(most of the large tvs). When we asked what gives, the barback (who had been drinking on the customer side of the bar with his buddies) said someone requested that game be put on. Mind you two tables behind us were also upset(wearing Sabres gear). When we asked to put the Sabres game back on the tv we were told if we didnt like it we could close our tab. That's exactly what we did. Our tab was $94 in the hour we were there. The game went into a shootout, so we probably would have spend another $100. Not nothing. I have never been talked down to for being a Buffalo sports fan in my city until today. I hope the owner reads this and realizes the horrible barback (I assume barback as I don't think a manager would act this way), that is losing them money. listen, I love this place. I have been going here since they opened and recently the bartenders and servers have been extremely sub par. I know the service industry is understaffed and I know it is a hardworking role. But over the last year, I have had to correct my order every visit or things are screwed up on my tab. And this happens even when it is not a busy game night.

If these frustrations were few and far between, I would understand. It has just been bad service each visit for the past year or so. Just wanted to say the food and atmosphere are still phenomenal and always keep me coming back. I hope they are able to get some good...

The food here is amazing, unfortunately the staff and ownership is extremely lackluster. Service is extremely slow to the point of being ignored almost completely and thats when you MIGHT be able to catch them while theyre open. They constantly close HOURS earlier than advertised when most days they are only open starting at 4pm. I live in the neighborhood and its extremely frustrating to walk to a restaurant that is supposed to be open but decided to close 3 hours early bc they had a 15 minute lull. I do not suspect business is good bc of this bc the owners and their kids put in frequent hours. Like i said, AMAZING FOOD, everything...
