Absolutely love this place!! Great cold cuts and cheese selection not to mention daily fresh sides to go along with their great selection of made to order sandwiches. It's a little old style market on buffalo's west side. They have fresh curbside fruits and vegetables along with a store full of hard to find items such as imported cheeses, olive oil's, seasonings, pastas, rices, sauces etc. The list is endless. They also have a huge prepackaged bulk section with some great items (my personal favorite is the unsalted pumpkin seeds). The deli staff is always friendly, patient, and accommodating. Not to mention they know their products and can advise you accordingly. The only downside is you can't get a sandwich on Saturdays. The entire staff of the place is always very nice and very helpful. They will even help you carry your bags to your car if you need the help. The prices are below supermarkets on most items and they carry a great selection of local items. There is a good size parking lot directly across the street. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but not bad during the day. So if you like the old Italian market feel then this is definitely the...
Read moreThe customer service here is horrible the people over at the deli are always being snotty and saying smart comments under their breath I don't know if it's because they're racist or just because they hate their job... This place is in a community of multi racial people if they are not fond or used to other races then they should not have a store in a community where not everyone is of a race of their liking.. overall I won't be going anymore to that place because honestly I'm tired of a worker there always saying smart remarks everytime I am there and maybe they dont care about customer service but at least they should try and treat people...
Read moreThis place used to be great. Produce was above anything you get at local grocery stores. But now its just bad. I use this vendor at my work and regularly get rotted food or low quality. One time i ordered deli meat and it came so shredded up I couldnt serve it. Or being told they didnt have items because they were out of season. Mind you these are basic items like pears or grapes. Watermelons out of season in May? We get them from the south which is peak season in May. Lol this is NY. And if your business only gets produce from local growers you wouldnt have produce 8 months out...
