Chocolate Croissant my dear… Much better than Starbucks, Panera Bread!! As long as you are human being you should try this life-changing croissant!

This is my favorite place to go when I was pursuing my lofty mathematical goal at Buffalo!

Superb professionalism are they! The white boy with charming cute beard & mustache is just so cordial and versatile; he can manage lots of things well and keep smiling. The old Latino women who usually resides besides oven always reminds me my grandma and she can juggle the heating machine and sliding this and that like a circus performing before the “audience” in an impeccable way! The other guy worth mentioned is a girl with thicken black glasses whose official proclamation can penetrate through entire restaurant and of course whose preparing skill enters in the state of art! Another guy that stand out to me is an African-American girl who will spent much of time on the counter with her delicate braid hair. She is always welcoming and easy-going, knowing what the customer needs!!!

Delta Sonic employees are working in the Dunkin donuts and constantly screwing up orders. They don't know the proper coffee ice portions to make a cappuccino, so you get cold coffee and ice chunks. Another problem with not having it blended properly is that whip cream melts into the drink way faster. Have them make it again and you'll get the same mistake over and over. When I went to have them make the order over even one of the employees said that they just go and make it the same way. There was also no ice in the machine and instead of filling it with ice first she made it wrong again and then filled it with ice. The employees are not familiar with the menu at all, I saw someone ask about donut fries and instead of saying they don't have it at this location she had no clue what they were. I don't recommend this location at all, they need proper training and Delta Sonic employees that aren't properly trained should not be able to...

Sent my boyfriend to get me the same order I had from another dunkin the other day- and some how all 4 items were messed up. The drink tasted completely different, my wrap was cooked to a crisp- literally fell apart. My everything bagel bites were not “everything” even tho that’s what he asked for. And he said he was waiting for over 20 minutes for the order- it only took the other location THREE minutes to make my order with 3 other drinks as well. He also said he had to repetitively correct the cashier while ordering because the cashier was just making up ingredients that were never said. Idk how everything could manage to be so wrong and so gross, but y’all managed to do it.
