Just Pizza & Wing Co. — Restaurant in Buffalo

My family order food from this place just pizza at least two to three times a week spending hundreds of dollars on their food it's usually very delicious the service is usually wonderful but last night we ordered chicken wings to sobs and a taco the chicken wings we pay extra for because we get them done a certain way every single time they brought the wrong chicken wings we called they said they would bring another order to us 3 hours went by my husband said out there waiting for them to come they never came so we call today the girls Shannon who claims she's the manager on duty answers the phone my husband tells her what happened she says with a nasty attitude of course because you can't get nothing else out of the young girls nowadays oh well I wasn't there last night so I really can't do anything about it and the off is closed so I can give you the number if you want to call but it's closed no I don't want to phone number I want to speak to the manager well he it's his day off I don't give a f* if it's his day off contact the manager because you guys owe me money or food or with her nasty ass attitude what am I supposed to say or think so now because you weren't there yesterday I get screwed out of my money and or my food that I paid for with my hard-earned money that we work for? Shannon the manager on duty then precedes to say I don't know what to tell you I wasn't there last night do you want the number or not that's what she says so they just lost a couple hundred dollars a week...we will be in there tomorrow for our money and never get our or our families business again. Shannon completely turned us off to their once and usually wonderful service. Thanks Shannon!!! We would have been happy to provide her the with the wings we didn't eat and the receipt . Either getting our food or money we ALREADY SPENT....

So I called to place an order and when the man was taking my order he kept interrupting what i was saying to ask questions, which is fine so when i start placing the rest of my order he tells me keep listing what you need we're busy and have other customers. OK,, I was trying and he kept stopping me. So pick up my order which was about $60 and my food was missing. I call back and speak to a woman who said she is the manager and i can come get the food but advised i was on lunch and couldn't come back, she stated i could get a credit or a refund so i advised i wanted the refund and she would have a driver drop it off to my job. Advised that's fine. She calls me back and proceeds to tell me she couldn't issue a refund in cash or to my card. She said she can credit me a whole sub. Advised her i didn't want a credit but she couldn't issue a refund i would need to call back tomorrow and speak to a different manager and see if he would wanna issue a cash refund, give a credit or not. I advised well i want my money back for something i didn't even get. Did advised to her about the man who answered to take my order who was rude and she did apologize but i now am out of $10 for something i didn't even get. A sub in the order was missing the banana peppers i ordered on it as well as another order had no onions...

As a regular customer, a few weeks ago, I ordered a large pizza. I had a coupon which I was told over the phone would be accepted. When I came into the restaurant to pick it up, the manager told me that it was for another Just Pizza location (which was barely visible on the coupon) and was very rude about it (as if I was trying to get over on him or something!?). He gave me a coupon to save a dollar less than what I would have saved had I used the other coupon (which I thought was stupid and defeated the whole purpose). He seemed like a cheapskate and very rude (espiecially considering the fact that it was a five days before Christmas). I have also seen how phony and mean he is to other customers as well as to his employees. This is the only Just Pizza location I've ordered food at, so far, that sucks as bad as it does.

Trust me, they do not have the best pizza in Buffalo! Last few times I ordered from this location/restaurant my wings and pizza were dry and cold with barely any sauce. Its a shame the customer service can't even make up the difference in the food tasting horrible! I will not go back to this location, even though it is right up the...
