Equal Parts — Restaurant in Buffalo

I hadn't been to Buffalo for years and some local friends recommended Equal Parts, a new spot they absolutely love. We were blown away. Buffalo has generally always had friendly service, and this was above and beyond. Young owners, treated us like family, as if we had known them for years, were super accommodating with two vegetarians in our party, plus our three year old was comfy and enjoyed. Also, just as an aside, FANTASTIC playlist, we loved the music.

Cocktails were some of the best I've had in a long while, perfectly balanced, interesting, fun and crushable. And we ordered non-alc also and it was just as delicious and layered and unique as the alc -- "Cold Turkey" is also a GREAT name for a non-alc cocktail. Was impressed with the backbar as well, some fun agave spirits one doesn't see so often in Central NY.

We crushed all the food as well. Highly recommend the Pasta Chips (this is going to be so popular everywhere in the future, it is simple and genius), the Mushroom Toast (devoured it so quickly, we didn't even get a photo!), Honey Chipotle Shrimp, EP Flatbread, the Autumn Salad, plus the special bread pudding dessert. There was nothing left on the table at the end.
