Five Guys — Restaurant in Buffalo

I placed a delivery order from the Five Guys on Delaware and immediately called the store to make a small change to the toppings on one of my burgers. I had to call four times before anyone finally answered the phone. When someone did pick up, they were unhelpful and made it unnecessarily difficult to make a simple change — even though I called right after placing the order.

Eventually, I was told they would write down the changes and get it fixed. A little later, someone from the store even called me back to confirm the updated order, which gave me some hope. But when my food arrived, both burgers were missing the patties completely, the sandwiches were made sloppily, and they even gave me an extra sandwich that also had no patty.

Most lousy excuse for management I’ve ever seen. Worked here for two months seen two managers fired for stealing and refusing service to customers. Managers argue in front of customers ect. Lousy customer service. Everyone walks around as miserable as the managers on shift. Franchise continues to get worse and worse at this location. A steadily sinking ship of bland over priced burgers. With a crew who couldn’t care less about their fellow employees or whatever they decide to serve you. These are all reasons I stopped working here. I’ve been on a five guys kick recently because whoever is assembling the burgers at this location is a wonderful human. I’ve had five guys In the past where toppings are thrown all over creating a sloppy burger. This past month, there is someone working here who assembles burgers with great care: onion, pickles, and cheese on the top of the patty and bacon with condiments on the bottom. When I bite into my burger I can taste the delicate care and respect for the burger. Who ever is responsible for creating these amazing burgers needs to be promoted to district trainer so that all five guys locations can offer the same quality experience I’m having at...
