Jim's Steakout — Restaurant in Buffalo

So i came in tonight to place my order , & was threatened by staff . I was threatened by staff because a girl came to the counter after her number was called & i told the staff member where her order was . The staff member became very angry with me and even threatened to “ punch me in my face “ smh . I’ve been coming to this Jim’s all my life . And what makes me even more disappointed is that management on site did nothing. Didn’t address it nor even say anything and when i showed frustration after being disrespected after putting money into a establishment security comes up too me is crazy . But once explained to security my issue and what’s going on i was told “ they understood “ but yet nothing was done . Smh waiting at Jim’s is what come with coming to Jim’s . But to be disrespected because i was tryna help and NOT ONE MANAGER NOR HIGHER UP ON SITE DO ANYTHING NOR ADDRESS IT , IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Born and raise In Buffalo & Allen being one of the ogs in the Jim’s location, I’m highly disappointed. All of this cause i was tryna help but here’s the kicker. Buddy was so worried about me and tryna help him , my WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG! Asked and payed for extra cheese , it was no cheese at all . Also said not hot sauce on my stinger fries, IT WAS DRINCHED IN HOT SAUCE . Smh idk if it was payback or to get even but me being a paying customer DID NOTHING TO DESERVE...

Okay so, the food was absolutely BOMB, I mean REALLY good, and the restaurant itself was nice too. Lots of comfortable open seating, well lit, clean, etc. The problem is that this area is NOT SAFE. I half expected my car to not be there any more when I left. Really super shady people all over the place. It's a shame because the service was great, and the food was awesome, but I won't be back. Ever.

They need to hire a security guard for the overnight weekends, like really badly. I went there on a Sunday night and it was that bad, I only only imagine a Friday or Saturday. If they can't provide a uniformed presence to protect their customers and workers in such a dangerous place then I don't want to give them my patronage.

Seriously, like five cop cars and an ambulance sped through that place in the ten minutes I was there. I was hit up by a prostitute as I entered, with her mentally unhinged pissed off pimp standing nearby. As I sat down to eat some guy tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I'd give him money. When I offered to buy food for him there he said no, then tried to get me to follow him to some super sketchy mini mart down the street.

Screw that, and forget this place. Go to the one on Chippewa, at least that area usually has...

Crossing the border from Ontario, Canada to Buffalo, NY for a motorcycle tour of America that we dubbed The Tour of Trumps America 2017. We met a new friend at the border who wanted to take us for a ride around Buffalo, we blindly went with this stranger back to his house to fetch his motorcycle and took off for a late night ride around buffalo at 3am. We were all hungry so Ty our guide suggested Jim's Steakout. Even at 3:30 am the place was packed, the line moved quickly though and we placed our order. It was ready quickly and we were eager to dive into what Jim's had to offer. I had ordered the Philly, and was blown away. Regrettably I had only ordered a small that night, and I was left craving more. Fast forward a week later when we are heading back to Canada and we purposely made the trip into Buffalo and down Allen to Jim's once again. This guy I manned up and ordered the 12" Jimmy, it was even better than the Philly I had previously. This place is so good that I'm willing to cross the border for Jim's every time in near Niagara Falls. 20/10...
